Nella campagna di Parrano, immersi nel silenzio, coccolati dal personale, allietati dalla ottima cucina e dai prodotti tipici. Un posto il cui punto di forza è la semplicità e dal quale non vorresti allontanarti, ma da dove puoi in breve raggiungere località termali o città d'arte e dotato in estate di piscina. Se non si prova, non si capisce cosa si è perduto. The real place to "switch off". In the countryside of Parrano, immersed in silence, pampered by the staff, cheered by the excellent cuisine and typical products. A place whose strength is simplicity and from which you would not want to leave, but from where you can quickly reach spas or cities of art and equipped with a swimming pool in summer. If you don't try, you don't understand what has been lost.

Proprietaria e staff gentili e disponibili. La cena molto buona, con pasta fresca fatta in casa. We stayed at this property for a weekend, it is the perfect place to switch off, immersed in the silence of nature. Friendly and helpful owner and staff. Very good dinner, with fresh homemade pasta.

Io e il mio fidanzato ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo senz'altro. Vivamente consigliato! The farmhouse is a beautiful 19th century farmhouse immersed in the Umbrian countryside, the ideal place to relax, eat well and take beautiful walks. My fiance and I had a great time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Piccolo menù che conferma la qualità e la freschezza delle materie prime. Porzioni super abbondanti. I didn't stay overnight in this delightful structure but I ate in their restaurant. Owner and staff really kind and helpful. Excellent cuisine. Small menu that confirms the quality and freshness of the raw materials. Super generous portions.

La cucina dello chef Vasile è una vera coccola da provare assolutamente il sugo di chianina. Tutti i prodotti sono sempre freschi, di qualità e preparati con amore. Location immersa nel verde e ideale per staccare la spina e ricaricarsi al massimo. Da provare e ritornare! Francesca's welcome made us feel immediately at home, very kind and very helpful in everything. The cuisine of chef Vasile is a real treat to try absolutely the Chianina sauce. All products are always fresh, quality and prepared with love. Location surrounded by greenery and ideal for unplugging and recharging to the fullest. To try and come back!

Francesca, che gestisce la struttura, è molto cortese e disponibile, cura con molta attenzione ogni aspetto. Le camere comode e molto calde in inverno. La cosa che consiglio fortemente è di cenare e pranzare presso la struttura perché si mangia benissimo! I salumi freschissimi, la pasta fatta in casa ed i condimenti ottimi e abbondanti.. La carne squisita! Lo chef super e davvero gentile, come tutto il personale! I prezzi sono in ogni caso contenuti, la qualità di cibo e vino elevata. Lo consiglio! The rooms are comfortable and very warm in winter. The thing that I strongly recommend is to have dinner and lunch at the structure because you eat very well! The freshest cured meats, the homemade pasta and the excellent and abundant condiments .. The exquisite meat! Super and really nice chef, like all the staff! Abbiamo trascorso due giorni fantastici presso l'agriturismo di Francesca, che con gentilezza, molta simpatia e una bellissima accoglienza ci ha saputo offrire presso la Capretta! Un luogo straordinario in una zona dell'Umbria meravigliosa! Torneremo sicuramente all'agriturismo perché siamo rimasti colpiti dalla bellissima struttura e soprattutto dalla cucina eccezionale,fenomenale, dal produttore al consumatore che di meglio non si può chiedere !!
