Grande struttura fatiscente, a me ha dato l'impressione di un accampamento di zingari, la porta della camera aveva segni di scassinamento, la stanza sporca con la presenza di vermi, senza aria condizionata e senza TV. Giunti in questo posto alle 21.30 hanno preteso il pagamento anticipato e in contanti con la scusa del malfunzionamento del pos, a mio avviso messo fuori uso di proposito, non avendo liquidi ho chiesto anche di fare un bonifico mi è stato negato anche quello. Prima colazione sotto un ombrellone sulla spiaggia:un cornetto a testa on un caffè o cappuccino o succo annacquato. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. Ho dovuto ripiegare in questo posto per assenza di altri posti liberi a Termoli essendo qua per lavoro. Troppo malridotto l'edificio e sgradevole la signora che al telefono risponde scocciata alla richiesta di una camera. Ho anche scoperto che un ragazzo che é arrivato assieme ha me ha pagato il 40% in meno ... Anche lui si vergognava di questa differenza di trattamento. Dopo la vacanza dovrebbero pagarmi una visita da un ortopedico. Stanza senza televisore e aria condizionata ma dotata di un ventilatore. Una presa soltanto e ho dovuto procurarmi una presa tripla per poter caricare il cellulare e usufruire del ventilatore. Cmq lasciamo stare avrei molto da dire ormai è andata. A mai più. Frigorifero anteguerra dipinto, mobilio scarso rotto, lavandino in bagno che fa la doccia, nello sgabuzzino dove hanno messo due letti un finestrino che da sulle scale (alla faccia della sicurezza)... e oltretutto pure caro. Non ci tornerò e non lo consiglio. Abbiamo prenotato un monolocale che non era altro che una minuscola camera con un piano cottura sporco. il bagno indecente, il doccino appeso ad un attaccapanni...il tutto ad una cifra spropositata. In più al momento del pagamento, alla mia richiesta di pagare con carta mi è stato chiesto se potevo pagare la metà in contanti, cosa che non ho fatto. Peccato che ho soggiornato 1 notte, avevo specificato che arrivavo dalle tremiti e non mi hanno messo il phone in camera qui di non abbiamo potuto lavare i capelli..... Non c'è l'aria Condizionata ed è caldo quindi attenzione al. Periodo prenotato. La camera va bene x dormire, c'è un balconcino attrezzato, x cucinare è davvero piccolo lo spazio. In camera non abbiamo trovato saponetta ma solo doccia shampoo.. X una notte va bene Seafront Co. Breakfast at the beach, this idea is very nice. Certo, la camera magari ha un arredamento non moderno e manca il clima (ma trovate un ventilatore per stanza e la sera si sta bene) e WiFi, ma è pulita! Il bagno ha tutto, compreso un box doccia, che spesso non si trova in alberghi similari. Inoltre ogni camera ha un piano cottura e un frigorifero con freezer! Il residence ha anche un proprio ampio parcheggio privato, quindi i mezzi sono al sicuro (soprattutto se venite per lavoro e avete dei furgoni con attrezzature da cantiere). Assolutamente approvato!
