★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the highlight of our Tuscany experience! An exceptionally good establishment, very clean and beautifully presented from the rooms to the swimming pool! The owner Alberto was very "hands on" despite it being the busy harvest time, a very gracious and knowledgeable host. The food in the Cantina was wonderful, mostly home grown -handmade pasta and bread and the best "cow beef" (in joke!) we've ever tasted! Excellent - thank you Alberto and your lovely team, the position of Il Cipresso is perfect for exploring the National Park nearby and other hilltop villages. We will definitely return soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is sensational. We have spent exceptionally beautiful moments here. Alberto, Cristina and the whole team are as warm and helpful as anywhere else we could not experience. The food in the restaurant is delicious especially I recommend trying the steak and cheesecake if it is available. All dishes are fresh and made of the highest quality ingredients. We will come back with my wife as soon as we can. Alberto, thank you for unforgettable memories!

The wine we had, own produced too, was outrageous and the spirits (basil liquer and lemon cream) were off the A list! The location is stunning and peaceful and the service was extremely friendly. Upon arrival we thought we were going to face a high bill, but we really didn't. Our night was lovely and couldn't have been any better! 5 well deserved stars and totally recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every night we ate out in the garden was an 8 star experience. Food and wine amazing, perfect, and the owner with his staff were what you would expect from the best restaurants, hotels in the world. The owner no matter how late he was up or early he served coffee was always laughing. Lights, candles, and exceptional service, with a pool, hot Tuscan sun, and quiet, no cars, no noise, off the beaten path, close to everything. Rooms were huge, wonderful, decorated perfectly. It's a multiple visit as a few guests mentioned they have stayed several times. Wow.
