★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location meravigliosa ai piedi del monte Lignano in zona Rigutino(AR).
Pane fatto in casa con le farine antiche macinate da loro(Grano Verna,Grano Senatore Cappelli)
Come primo abbiamo optato per ravioli (vedere foto) e poi un tagliere abbondante per 2 persone:misto di affettati di loro produzione e formaggi con marmellate aromatizzate alle erbe.
Il tutto annaffiato con un Rosè di Sangiovese di loro produzione.
Per dessert un tortino al cuore caldo di cioccolato e un tortino di mele(ottimi)
Più che una fattoria è stata quasi una cena gourmet.
Materia prime stratosferiche!!!

Homemade bread with the ancient flours ground by them (Grano Verna, Grano Senatore Cappelli)
As the first we opted for ravioli (see photo) and then a plentiful platter for 2 people: a mixture of homemade cold cuts and cheeses with herb-flavored jams.
All washed down with a Sangiovese Rosé of their production.
For dessert, a hot chocolate heart pie and an apple pie (excellent)
More than a farm it was almost a gourmet dinner.
Stratospheric raw material !!!

Highly recommended in summer for dinner in the farm garden illuminated by the moon and stars.
I would say excellent value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This meal—it was perfect. All of the food is grown and raised on the farm and it was so fresh. We had ham with melon, truffle bruschette, chianina ragu, beef strips, fresh green beans with truffles, and custard with chocolate for dessert. Their rosé and special red blend were the perfect wines to complement the meal! The ambiance was wonderful and the owner, Alberto, was so entertaining and knowledgeable. We had a lot of amazing meals in Italy, but the combination of food, wines and service made this our favorite by far. We hope to return to stay at the hotel very soon!
