l	le BE LINE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in questa enoteca trovata per caso su internet. Gestita da Fabio,il nonno, e dai due nipoti Matteo e Gioele. Appena entrati Matteo,il più grande dei due fratelli ci ha accolti, insieme al nostro cagnolino Charlie, con gentilezza ed un grande sorriso. Enoteca pulita, ordinata,dove tutti i prodotti sono esposti quasi come quadri... impossibile non guardare tutto affascinati.... Al tavolo abbiamo iniziato la nostra degustazione di un vino bianco, più tre vini rossi, il tutto accompagnato da tagliere di salumi,bruschette con crema di tartufo, bruschette con fegatini di pollo (odio il fegato ma quelli erano davvero sublimi) ecc ecc... e per finire...cantucci con un vin santo...che SANTO lo era davvero! :-) Ad ogni calice Matteo, ci spiegava e raccontava la storia del vino che stavamo bevendo... Poi, anche nonno Fabio ci ha raccontato episodi della sua vita, vissuti nella splendida Volterra... piacevole ascoltarli entrambi...sarei stata lì una giornata intera!Tutto era raccontato con una naturalezza tale,che distrarsi sarebbe stato impossibile. Ci ha commosso vedere due ragazzi così giovani seguire le impronte del nonno Con una tale passione... non abbiamo potuto far altro che complimentarci con Fabio per essere riuscito a trasmettere questo amore ai suoi nipoti verso la terra d'origine,e lavoro di famiglia.consiglio a tutti questa enoteca ,che spedisce anche prodotti in tutta Italia... in tre parole da Fabio troverete, passione,cordialità,e qualità. Tornerò a Volterra certamente per rientrare in quel posto dove ti senti per forza..A CASA... We went to this wine shop found by chance on the internet. Managed by Fabio, the grandfather, and by the two grandsons Matteo and Gioele. As soon as we entered Matteo, the older of the two brothers welcomed us, together with our little dog Charlie, with kindness and a big smile. Clean, tidy wine shop, where all the products are displayed almost like paintings ... impossible not look at everything fascinated .... At the table we started our tasting of a white wine, plus three red wines, all accompanied by a platter of cold cuts, bruschetta with truffle cream, bruschetta with chicken livers (I hate liver but those were really sublime) etc. etc. and finally ... cantucci with a holy wine ... that it really was HOLY! :-) With each glass Matteo explained and told us the story of the wine we were drinking ... Then, grandfather Fabio also told us episodes of his life, lived in the splendid Volterra ... nice to listen to them both ... I would have been there for a whole day! Everything was told with such naturalness that it would have been impossible to get distracted. We were moved to see two such young boys following in the footsteps of their grandfather With such a passion ... we could not help but congratulate Fabio for being able to transmit this love to his grandchildren towards the land of origin, and family work .I recommend this wine shop to everyone, which also ships products throughout Italy ... in three words from Fabio you will find, passion, friendliness, and quality. I will certainly return to Volterra to return to that place where you necessarily feel ... AT HOME ...
