★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti di nicchia per consumatori esperti e in grado di apprezzare una bella gamma di vini lavorati con maestria e curati in ogni fase produttiva con la massima passione e attenzione. Vengono così premiati gli sforzi di "queste quattro generazioni" per arrivare ad un prodotto locale dalla qualità indiscussa e fermo sui principi "di una volta" sulla lavorazione dell'uva, anche adottando tecniche frutto di investimenti come la maturazione in cisterne in cemento rispettando una bassa temperatura che permette un uso molto ridotto di solfiti, ad esempio. Bravi!
Niche products for expert consumers who are able to appreciate a beautiful range of wines crafted with skill and cared for in every production phase with the utmost passion and attention. The efforts of "these four generations" to arrive at a local product with undisputed quality and firm on the "once upon a time" principles of grape processing are thus rewarded, also by adopting techniques resulting from investments such as maturation in concrete tanks respecting a low temperature which allows a very reduced use of sulphites, for example. Well done!
