Di un bel giallo paglierino chiaro, leggermente acidulo, ricordi di mela verde con profumi di scorza di cedro....perlage (eccezionale) fine e continuo, servirlo a temperatura tra i 6° e 8°. Ottima, che dico, perfetta alternativa al già conosciuto prosecco. Indiscutibilmente perfetto con il pesce, conturbante come aperitivo e con gli amici sbagli solo se ne hai una sola.... Sono stato accolto e guidato nella scelta dei vini; ho imparato tante cose di vitigni, ibridi, di ricerche e di studi. Per ora ho stappato una bottiglia di Raboso frizzante, vino gradevolissimo e - come ha definito la titolare - un po' ruffiano, per la sua facilità di andare giù e di lasciarsi apprezzare. Non mi rimane che assaggiare gli altri, ma sono quasi sicuro che non mi deluderanno. Prezzi onestissimi. Possibilità di visitare la cantina. I was welcomed and guided in the choice of wines; I learned many things about grape varieties, hybrids, research and studies. For now I have uncorked a bottle of sparkling Raboso, a very pleasant wine and - as the owner defined it - a little pander, for its ease of going down and letting itself be appreciated. I just have to taste the others, but I'm pretty sure they won't disappoint me. Very honest prices. Possibility to visit the cellar.

Personale molto cortese, location pulita e si vede che la cura dei vigneti. Es gab Käse und Salami als Ergänzung. So ein wunderbares Erlebnis! Wir kommen wieder und werden dieses Weingut zukünftig empfehlen und unterstützen! Excellent (sparkling) wines! Very accommodating owner! We got a spontaneous tour and afterwards we could taste wines. There was cheese and salami as a supplement. Such a wonderful experience! We will be back and will recommend and support this winery in the future!
