They were fast, accurate and available on every request. Thanks to surveyor Gabriel we got our apartment in a short and wonderful time. Il risultato ottenuto è di un ottimo livello e quindi la consiglio vivamente. I renovated my apartment in 2020 relying on Emmeci Studio and I found professionalism and competence in the team led by Mario Cirillo. In particular, the surveyor Gabriel Pricop supported all my requests always trying to find a solution in order to meet my expectations. The result obtained is of an excellent level and therefore I highly recommend it.

Grande soddisfazione per i risultati raggiunti. Non sono mancati imprevisti e ritardi ma tutti sempre gestiti con grande professionalità e attenzione. Anche la squadra che esegue i lavori sempre molto attenta, precisa e puntuale. Sicuramente passerò parola e terrò stretti i loro recapiti per altri interventi futuri perché il rapporto di fiducia instaurato è un elemento fondamentale per lavori di questo tipo. Even the team that carries out the work is always very careful, precise and punctual. Sono stata affidata all' Arch. Laura Di Tella molto attenta ai dettagli che se tralasciati al caso potrebbero ritorcersi contro come coltelli. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la qualità dei lavori fatti, il rispetto dei tempi (fattore non trascurabile visto che i lavori sono durati 1 mese e 1/2) la gestione del progetto e la comunicazione costante con Gabriel sullo stato avanzamento dei lavori, sempre pronto a trovare una soluzione a inconvenienti, che capitano quando realizzi grandi progetti. Grazie al Geometra Mario Cirillo che "dall' alto" ha sempre monitorato e coordinato tutti. Siete unici !! Consiglio a tutti EMMECI & CO S.R.L sono una garanzia e ti fanno dormire sonni tranquilli!!!! Laura Di Tella very attentive to details that if left out to chance could backfire like knives. I very much appreciated the quality of the work done, the respect of deadlines (a factor not negligible since the work lasted 1 month and 1/2), the management of the project and the constant communication with Gabriel on the progress of the work, always ready to find a solution to inconveniences, which occur when you carry out large projects. EMMECI non solo si è dimostrata all’altezza ma ha anche superato le aspettative! L’appartamento non richiedeva una ristrutturazione completa, bensì un “taglia e cuci” che avrebbe adeguato la casa alle esigenze di una nuova famiglia pur mantenendo il (limitato) budget prestabilito. La disposizione della casa in buona sostanza è rimasta la stessa, ma sono stati eseguiti tanti piccoli interventi di restyling; in corso d’opera si sono poi resi necessari molti interventi di ripristino/adeguamento sotto traccia che hanno configurato un’intervento più “complicato” del previsto. Organizzata, pulita, efficace e competente l’Impresa ha saputo rispettare le nostre esigenze in ogni fase del cantiere e far fronte alle difficoltà sopraggiunte con grande professionalità. EMMECI ha inoltre seguito le disposizioni del Direttore Lavori, con il quale si è confrontata puntualmente ed ha saputo collaborare in maniera propositiva, suggerendo anche valide alternative quando necessario. Un grazie al titolare geom. Mario Cirillo che si è sempre reso disponibile e che si è dimostrato persona d’esperienza; un grazie al geom. EMMECI not only proved to be up to par but also exceeded expectations! The apartment did not require a complete renovation, but a "cut and sew" that would have adapted the house to the needs of a new family while maintaining the pre-established (limited) budget. The layout of the house has essentially remained the same, but many small restyling interventions have been carried out; During the work, many restoration / adaptation interventions were then necessary, which configured a more "complicated" intervention than expected. Organized, clean, effective and competent, the company has been able to meet our needs at every stage of the construction site and cope with the difficulties that have arisen with great professionalism. EMMECI also followed the instructions of the Director of Works, with whom it met promptly and was able to collaborate in a proactive manner, also suggesting valid alternatives when necessary. Thanks to the owner geom. Mario Cirillo who has always made himself available and who has shown himself to be a person of experience; thanks to the geom. Gabriel Pricop always present on site, with his competence and his attention to every detail; thanks also to the workers (bricklayers, carpenters, installers, ...) who have always applied themselves with great skill and precision.
