A	Alessandro Rucco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima spiaggia libera posta nell'area protetta del Circeo, peccato che gli incivili invece di utilizzare gli appositi accessi alla spiaggia passino per le bellissime dune di macchia mediterranea distruggendole, auspico vivamente che gli enti preposti prendano seri provvedimenti instaurando un servizio di sorveglianza affinché questo scempio termini, anche sanzionando quanti non rispettino tale divieto. Altra pecca sono i proprietari dei cani che nonostante sia stata riservata una parte di spiaggia per i loro fidati amici continuano a portarli ed a farli scorrazzare ovunque dando fastidio agli altri bagnanti e facendo rovinate la flora ivi presente, anche per ciò auspico dei severi controlli. m	mapi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La spiaggia si trova alla fine del lungomare di Sabaudia in direzione Latina. C'è pochissima gente anche in agosto. L'acqua è cristallina e vi si possono ammirare le dune. Molto consigliata! The beach is located at the end of the Sabaudia seafront towards Latina. There are very few people even in August. The water is crystal clear and you can admire the dunes. Highly recommended!
M	Marilena Nassuato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Percorso lungo strada interrotta, sull'enorme duna che costeggia l'arenile, di rara bellezza anche per la fioritura di maggio : cisto, mirto, ginepro,fico edulis, garofano marino, artemisia officinalis,ginestra, lavanda,lantana....gli aromi ed i colori sono avvolgenti, il mare di un azzurro cangiante e il frangersi dei flutti accompagnano il passo insieme al volo di gabbiani, cormorani e uccelli limicoli. Stupefacente. Path along an interrupted road, on the huge dune that runs along the beach, of rare beauty also for the flowering of May: cistus, myrtle, juniper, fig edulis, sea carnation, artemisia officinalis, broom, lavender, lantana ... aromas and colors are enveloping, the sea of an iridescent blue and the breaking of the waves accompany the step together with the flight of seagulls, cormorants and shorebirds. Amazing.

Sicuramente ci tornerò. It is a beautiful place to stop and relax, spend a day on the beach or take a long walk among the dunes surrounded by wild nature, and enjoy a fantastic panorama, from which you can see Mount Circeo. I will definitely stay there again.

A sinistra il mare e a destra la bufalara e poi il lago di fogliano, fra le dune e la macchia mediterranea. Beautiful walk, path that begins where the paved road of the Sabaudia seafront ends. On the left the sea and on the right the bufalara and then the Fogliano lake, between the dunes and the Mediterranean scrub.
