Most if the products that you see in Venice curiosity shops are mass produced and shipped in. In stark contrast, the items in Bottega Di Pre are all hand made by the shop owner (craftsman). His work is highly detailed and holds up under close inspection.
The items are all hand made and prices are commensurate with the size/complexity. We purchased a mid-sized hot air balloon (160โฌ) and a magnet for our refrigerator (15โฌ). Our purchase was carefully packed and bagged fir transit.
We are very happy with both items. Look forward to returning again!

โ โ โ โ โ One of the prettiest stores Iโve ever seen. Everything is handmade and the artist is such a nice person with a huge passion for what heโs doing. If youโre looking for a cute souvenir youโll definitely find one here. For example a cute self made magnet.
Definitely a must see here in Venice.

โ โ โ โ โ This was hands down my favorite store in all of Venice. And currently in all of Italy. The Man is a real artist and absolutely a genius. He has all these amazing hand made miniature bookshelves and hot air balloons. You see pretty ones all over Venice then you come here and realize everything else you have seen so far is just junk. I normally donโt splurge on my self, but I definitely went on a shopping spree here.
