Il cartello esposto fuori dal negozio indica che possono entrare MAX 3 persone alla volta...noi eravamo in 2 e stavamo entrando(seguendo tutte le norme) e lui ci ha detto che poteva entrare solo UNA persona alla volta e SOLO se avevamo le idee chiare. Ora io mi domando....sono in visita a Venezia, non conosco il negozio,come posso avere le idee chiare?be comunque ovviamente siamo uscite e andate via,probabilmente non aveva voglia di lavorare ed e’ un gran peccato, vista la situazione... ogni persona che entra è una benedizione di sti tempi. È COSI CHE SI PERDONO LE VENDITE!!!!
Very disappointed by the welcome given by the clerk a few days ago (Thursday 11 February). The sign outside the shop indicates that MAX 3 people can enter at a time ... we were 2 and we were entering (following all the rules) and he told us that only ONE person could enter at a time and ONLY if we had the ideas clear. Now I wonder ... I'm visiting Venice, I don't know the shop, how can I have clear ideas? Well, of course, we went out and away, probably he didn't want to work and it's a great pity, given the situation ... every person who enters is a blessing of these times. THIS IS HOW SALES ARE LOST !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried exchanging a Secrid wallet for another one in a different color, I showed one of the receipts I was given ( they gave me 2 ) and the owner won't do it because he needs both receipts. I mean come on! The wallet is brand new, never used it , and I tried exchanging it less than 24 hrs later!!! Very disappointed , I would not recommend doing business with this store.
