V	Valentina Scina' on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito a Roma ma sono paternese, ho acquistato in questo negozio due comodini e un armadio x la mia stanza da letto da due ditte differenti, purtroppo ho avuto problemi x l’armadio, tra pezzi differenti da quello che avevo concordato, tra gli operai che non sapevano come montare l’armadio fatto sta che gli operai mandati dalla ditta dell’armadio hanno montato e smontato l’armadio tre volte; a distanza di due anni, le ante non riescono a chiudersi completamente, ho sollecitato sia la rivenditrice del negozio della bottega delle meraviglie sia la ditta dell’armadio, i quali passavano il problema all’altro; prima di vedere questo atteggiamento bambinesco da parte di un negozio al quale ho dato i miei soldi x avere qualcosa di qualità e professionalità, è venuto da me l’operaio della ditta dell’armadio x aggiustare le ante, l’operaio non ha sistemato proprio nulla, anzi ha preso 30€ x qualcosa che non ha sistemato e quindi x niente ed ha rotto lo zoccoletto dell’armadio, ho sollecitato questo fatto alla rivenditrice del negozio ma non ho avuto risposte, infine dopo i mie solleciti mi è stato detto dalla rivenditrice del negozio che la ditta non ne vuole sapere di come hanno montato l’armadio all’inizio se hanno dimenticato di assemblarlo come si dovrebbe; io dopo questa vicissitudine mi sento di non consigliare la bottega delle meraviglie, ho altri acquisti da fare x la mia casa ma sicuramente andrò in un altro mobilificio. I live in Rome but I am a paternese, I bought two bedside tables and a wardrobe in my shop from two different companies, unfortunately I had problems with the wardrobe, between pieces different from what I had agreed, among the workers who they did not know how to assemble the wardrobe because the workers sent by the wardrobe company mounted and dismantled the wardrobe three times; two years later, the doors are not able to close completely, I solicited both the reseller of the shop in the shop of wonders and the company of the wardrobe, which passed the problem to the other; before seeing this childish attitude from a shop to which I gave my money to have something of quality and professionalism, the worker of the wardrobe company came to me to fix the doors, the worker did not fix nothing, in fact took € 30 x something that did not fix and therefore nothing and broke the closet base, I solicited this to the store reseller but I had no answers, finally after my reminders I was told by reseller of the store that the company does not want to know about how they mounted the wardrobe at the beginning if they forgot to assemble it as it should; I, after this vicissitude, feel I don't recommend the shop of wonders, I have other purchases to make for my home but I will definitely go to another furniture factory.
