★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena chiamato l'agenzia per un'informazione relativa ad un viaggio, e la signora senza sapere quello che volessi chiederle mi ha liquidata in modo molto maleducato dicendomi che non aveva tempo perché aveva un gruppo al quale si stava occupando. Mi chiedo ,qualsiasi persona ti chiami per un'informazione è perché ha bisogno di te e non per passatempo, almeno poteva dirmi gentilmente di richiamarla più tardi invece si è comportata come una cafona.
I just called the agency for information about a trip, and the lady, without knowing what I wanted to ask her, dismissed me in a very rude way saying that she didn't have time because she had a group she was taking care of. I wonder, any person you call for information is because they need you and not for pastime, at least she could kindly tell me to call her back later instead she behaved like a boor.
