Prezzi che che ritengo improponibili: €0.60 per una fotocopia fronte-retro. Con la somma spesa per le svariate foticopie avrei quasi potuto comprare una cartuccia per la stampante! Gentle yes..professionals not too much since the employee prints a .PDF file without realizing that some characters are cut (I have just checked at home and the layout of the file is correct). Prices that I consider unrealistic: € 0.60 for a two-sided photocopy. With the sum spent on the various photicopies I could almost have bought a cartridge for the printer!

Ho fatto stampare 3 tesi ma solo qualche giorno dopo mi sono accorta di un errore, sono passata in copisteria e nonostante le avessero già stampate e rilegate, mi hanno detto che sarebbero riuscite a sistemarle venendomi anche incontro con i prezzi. Credo che una buona gestione abbia di base anche un buon sistema di riscontro alle mail, soprattutto se chi richiede una stampa ne abbia bisogno in tempi stretti. Mi rassicurano dicendomi che entro la settimana si sarebbe risolto, passano quasi due settimane e, quando torno a riprenderle, scopro che hanno cambiato il colore del cartoncino senza avermi prima consultata.
