★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good (portions very poor though). But the waiters ruined the whole experience.
For the start they didn’t even greet us, we just stood there waiting. I made a reservation and eventually we found the table with my name on it by ourselves. Then again we sat there, and another 20 mintutes passed, with the waiters ignoring us like we were made of air.
We waited for every course insanely long. For the desert I had to mention it to the waiters for about 5 times.
Al in all realy great food, ruined completely by the waiters atitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant just opened a couple of months ago. We were really lucky to find that little hidden gem! The food was spectacular and we really enjoyed the tentacles and the cream of baccalaut! Especially the Service was perfect! The waiter took the time to translate the Italian menu and we wanted to share the dishes so they split the dishes on two plates which was really kind! We can highly recommend to give it a try! And go to the first floor it's so picturesque!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a big difference between fine dining and being pretentious.. this place fails on the first and succeeds on the second.. had the polipo alla Luciana 2.0 and it was just a cold piece of grilled over boiled frozen polipo with a spoon of tomatoes sauce, a couple of olives and supermarket’s bought capers.. only positive note, the glass of wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice place. Cool decor, good food (although, portion size could've been a bit bigger). Wine is brilliant, as is the beer, although limited choice. Area has a good buzz and mix of clientele. Overall, well worth a visit if you're in Trieste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice restaurant. The quality of the food is extraordinary. Especially the Octopus and Parmigiana is fantastic.
Setting outside is good.
Service is very nice and made this a special evening.
Prices are a bit higher but justified.
