Professionalism, ability and seriousness characterize this beautiful Valtellina reality, which we had the pleasure of using to furnish our mountain apartment. Siamo stati colpiti dalla professionalità, la puntualità, l’elevata qualità e la cura del dettaglio. Ringraziamo Simone per la sua disponibilità e per aver soddisfatto nel migliore dei modi ogni nostra richiesta. Realizing a dream at the time of COVID seemed an impossible undertaking: the distance and the impossibility of being able to follow the works closely could have turned out to be a big problem, but fortunately we came across 'The wood shop' which has been able to transform actually our every wish. Grazie al suo team della Bottega e a tutto lo staff team Quasar di impresa edile idraulici elettricisti resinatore e direttore lavoro abbiamo avuto un servizio di ristrutturazione in 6 mesi pur abitando a Como. Hanno tutti lavorato con grande competenza professionalita' determinazione rispettando tempi e preventivi . Ci hanno accompagnato guidato e risolto le problematiche che lungo il percorso abbiamo incontrato. Bravo bravo a tutti Raccomandatissimi!! Simone has been able to transform our dream into a splendid reality, making a 70s apartment a splendid magic. Thanks to his Bottega team and all the Quasar team of construction company, plumbers, electricians, resin makers and work manager, we had a renovation service in 6 months while living in Como. Arrivo alla Bottega, entro, mi siedo e mi sento dire "La nostra esperienza in questi anni ci porta a dire che abbiamo sempre soddisfatto tutti i nostri clienti, trovando il giusto punto di incontro!" e così iniziammo a progettare l'intero arredamento della mia casetta in montagna! L'intero staff ha quindi saputo ascoltarci, capire le nostre volontà e venirci incontro alle nostre richieste, tutte! Naturalmente la loro professionalità ha saputo tramutare tutte le nostre idee. Ci siamo trovati su tutto, modificando anche i vari preventivi dove fosse necessario fino a trovare la soluzione finale. Il montaggio è avvenuto in pieno lockdown, senza ritardi e senza grossi problemi e questo è un enorme punto a favore. Ci sono stati dei punti da perfezionare nei mesi a venire, è bastata una chiamata a Simone e con puntualità i suoi ragazzi sono intervenuti. Un plauso anche a Giuseppe che si è occupato della progettazione su carta dell'intero arredamento, molto professionale e molto intuitivo. Un grazie anche a Paola con cui mi sono interfacciato per la parte burocratica, insomma tutto perfetto. Tanti di noi provano a sondare diverse strade prima di trovare quella giusta, non mi nascondo che l'ho fatto anche io ma, ad ora a distanza di mesi, sono super felice e soddisfatto di essermi affidato a Simone e al suo Staff. Dopotutto ci sono arrivato grazie alla pubblicità migliore, al passaparola che inevitabilmente farò anche io nel caso qualcuno me lo chiedesse. I arrive at the Bottega, I enter, I sit down and I am told "Our experience over the years leads us to say that we have always satisfied all our customers, finding the right meeting point!" and so we began to design the entire furniture of my cottage in the mountains! The entire staff was therefore able to listen to us, understand our wishes and meet our requests, all of them! Of course their professionalism has been able to transform all our ideas. We found ourselves on everything, even modifying the various estimates where necessary until we found the final solution. The assembly took place in full lockdown, without delays and without major problems and this is a huge plus. There were some points to be perfected in the months to come, a call to Simone was enough and his boys intervened on time. A praise also to Giuseppe who took care of the design on paper of the entire furniture, very professional and very intuitive. Thanks also to Paola with whom I interfaced for the bureaucratic part, in short, everything was perfect. Abbiamo arredato tutta la casa con la Bottega del Legno, e siamo davvero soddisfatti: tutti sono stati sempre molto gentili, disponibili e professionali. Grazie di cuore al progettista Giuseppe ed ai 3 montatori Omar, Luca e Marco: precisi, puntuali, sempre gentili e davvero BRAVI! Found almost by chance, after a long search, to be able to furnish our mountain home with wooden furniture but in a modern style ... after seeing the workshop we literally fell in love with their way of working. We have furnished the whole house with the Bottega del Legno, and we are really satisfied: everyone has always been very kind, helpful and professional.
