★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'arredatore ha fatto un ottimo lavoro nel crearci la cucina su misura! Ma del resto, è Stata un pena contínua.
Non abbiamo avuto una data di consegna approssimata, ma dopo svariate chiamate, esce fuori sta benedetta data(arrivo in magazzino previsto il 26 ottobre).
La cucina arriva a dicembre! E va bene! Il giorno prima del montaggio, veniamo contatti per problemi di pagamento; il montaggio viene riprogrammato la settimana successiva, e va bene anche questo!
Al momento del montaggio, il lavello è della misura sbagliata! Ci vediamo dopo le feste! E intanto mi tocca pagare un altro mese di casa in fitto per errori di distrazione!
L'unica nota positiva, sono stati i montatori della Kappa Emme, personale veramente competente che si è accorto di tutti gli errori!
Incluso l'errore del colore più chiaro del riempimento dell'angolo colonna!
The decorator did a great job of creating the bespoke kitchen for us! But on the other hand, it was a continuous punishment.
We didn't have an approximate delivery date, but after several calls, it's a blessed date (arrival in the warehouse scheduled for October 26th).
The kitchen arrives in December! Alright then! The day before assembly, we are contacted for payment problems; editing is rescheduled next week, and that's okay too!
At the time of assembly, the sink is the wrong size! See you after the holidays! And in the meantime I have to pay another month's rent for careless mistakes!
The only positive note was the fitters of Kappa Emme, truly competent staff who noticed all the mistakes!
Including the lighter color error of the column corner fill!

Helpful and competent staff. I had the pleasure of meeting Vanessa and she was very good, friendly and professional in providing advice and assistance.
The only drawback is the timing of the delivery, given the particular period we are going through.
However also excellent value for money! I recommend everyone to pay a visit to the Behome in Scanzano!

Mobili bellissimi rapporto qualità prezzo ottima… noi siamo stati seguiti da Vanessa che ci ha seguito in ogni minimo dettaglio è stata impeccabile precisa e soprattutto gentilissima. Che dire adesso manca solo la cameretta e ovviamente so già da dove comprarla.
We bought the kitchen and the wall for our new home, I must say that in the showroom you get lost and fall in love with everything. Beautiful furniture excellent value for money ... we were followed by Vanessa who followed us in every detail she was impeccable, precise and above all very kind. What can I say now only the bedroom is missing and obviously I already know where to buy it from.

Non contenta, dopo qualche mese ho deciso di riarredare il resto della casa...e ora... Più mi guardo intorno più mi piacciono i miei nuovi mobili! Tutto ciò non sarebbe stato possibile senza i preziosissimi consigli di Davide, che oltre ad essere un bravissimo arredatore e dare i giusti suggerimenti, è anche una persona molto comprensiva, cordiale e piacevole!
