La cortesia e la disponibilità della proprietaria hanno fatto il resto, con tempestiva risoluzione nella consegna a domicilio di prodotti eccellenti. Pur non avendo la rete a misura, mi hanno lasciato una provvisoria, per permettermi di riposare in serenità in attesa di quella gia ordinata per me, al momento stesso della mia richiesta telefonica. Cosa dire? Bravissimi e complimenti. Il mio plauso a Maria Carmela e Domenico per aver reso una giornata iniziata male in un "Sogni d'oro"

Despite not having the network to measure, they left me a temporary one, to allow me to rest in peace while waiting for the one already ordered for me, at the same time as my telephone request. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinata una cucina Scavolini, dopo 5 mesi: chiacchiere... tante chiacchiere, scuse fatte di belle parole, rinvii della consegna attribuiti alla casa costruttrice (con un altro rivenditore, tra l'altro con prezzi più bassi, i tempi sono rispettati). Quando l'impegno assunto non può essere mantenuto, non si ha avuto neppure la decenza di rispondere al telefono. Scuse per il disagio creato al cliente? Neanche a pensarci. Che delusione difronte a così tanta poca professionalità!
Ordered a Scavolini kitchen, after 5 months: chatter ... lots of chatter, apologies made of nice words, postponements of delivery attributed to the manufacturer (with another dealer, among other things with lower prices, times are respected). When the commitment cannot be kept, one has not even had the decency to answer the phone. Apologies for the inconvenience created for the customer? Not even thinking about it. What a disappointment in the face of so much lack of professionalism!
