C'è da dire i prezzi sono veramente bassi rispetto alla qualità del servizio offerto e ho voluto approfondire meglio il motivo con la proprietaria. Mi è sembrato di vedere una persona vecchia scuola, che tiene molto al rapporto clienti, con un'occhio di riguardo agli studenti, visto che spesso si preferisce spendere poco senza però risparmiare sulla qualità. Il periodo della pandemia sicuramente non ha aiutato nessun ristorante però, per scelta della proprietaria, ciò non ha influito nè sul prezzo nè sulla qualità delle materie prime. Spero che questo piccolo rifugio rimanga aperto ancora a lungo perchè è davvero una piccola botte dove sta il vino buono. A very romantic place that evokes the sea. Cosí effettuo un'attenta ricerca online. E sono incuriosito dalle varie recensioni che riguardano la pizzeria La Botte non sapendo che proponessero la pizza napoletana. Almeno cosí indicavano molte recensioni. Allora si va per una pizza d'asporto. Personale gentile e disponibile Per altro anche super vveloci.Ora veniamo al punto dolente. La pizza non é la classica pizza napoletana come invece qualcuno sostiene. Vedi foto. Ma va beh pazienza, l'importante é che sia buona. Peccato, la pizza non solo non é tipica napoletana, ma non è nemmeno buona. Piccola, misurata 27 cm come le pizze surgelate, scarsitá d'ingradienti ma sopratutto l'impasto era insapore e sembrava un frisbie.....solo con l'aggiunta di un po' si olio se é ammorbidita. Peccato che poi é diventata tipo chewingum. Classico degl'impasti a bassa lievitazione. Insomma dal desiderio della pizza napoletana alla delusione assoluta. Quindi pizza buttata nel cestino soldi buttati e preparata cena in casa. Non so come si mangi il resto o se facciano cucina, ma per quanto riguarda la pizza. Bocciati. Spero solo per loro in una serata storta. Valuteró se dare una seconda chance al momento direi di no. So what to say ?! Friendly and helpful staff. Also super fast. Now we come to the sore point. Pizza is not the classic Neapolitan pizza as some say. See photos. But okay patience, the important thing is that it is good. Too bad, the pizza is not only not typical Neapolitan, but it is not even good. Small, measured 27 cm like frozen pizzas, lack of ingradients but above all the dough was tasteless and looked like a frisbie ..... only with the addition of a little oil if it is softened. Too bad it then became chewingum. Classic low leavening dough. In short, from the desire for Neapolitan pizza to absolute disappointment. So pizza thrown in the trash, money down the drain and homemade dinner. I don't know how they eat the rest or if they cook, but what about the pizza. Failed. I just hope for them on a bad night. I will consider whether to give a second chance at the moment I would say no.
