β β β β β Le camere sono accoglienti e funzionali e la posizione della struttura Γ¨ molto buona. A 10 minuti a piedi da Ortigia con parcheggi gratuiti subito fuori sulla strada. Tuttavia il servizio Γ¨ quasi inesistente. Scarsa flessibilitΓ di orari sia per check in (questo per me Γ¨ stato il principale problema) che per colazione (disponibile solo dalle 8,30 alle 9,30).
The rooms are cozy and functional, and the property's location is very good. A 10-minute walk from Ortigia with free parking places outside on the street. However the service is almost nonexistent. Poor flexibility of times both for check in (this was the main problem for me) and for breakfast (available only from 8.30 to 9.30).

β β β β β Posizione ottima, ampia scelta di parcheggio su strada, camera pulita e munita di condizionatore, frigorifero e bagno.
Note dolenti:
Asciugamani macchiati e poco profumati.
Colazione poco varia con cornetti e torte confezionate...non Γ¨ quello che ci si aspetta da un b and b siciliano.
Il locale della colazione sprovvisto di condizionatore, caldissimo.
Orari check in poco flessibile
Great location, wide choice of on-street parking, clean room with air conditioning, fridge and bathroom.
Sore notes:
Stained and lightly scented towels.
Little varied breakfast with croissants and packaged cakes ... not what you expect from a Sicilian b and b.
The breakfast room without air conditioner, very hot.
Not very flexible check-in times
