Inoltre nelle vicinanze ci sono le migliori pasticcerie e gelaterie della città. Il nostro appartamento era molto bello e curato dotato di tutti i confort con angolo cottura ben attrezzato.La gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario nel darci consigli e indicazioni utili ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto. The property is situated close to the shrine of Our Lady of lacrime.La location is strategic because it allowed us to visit all the major attractions of Syracuse like the archaeological area, Ortigia, the reserve of Plemnirio. Also nearby are the best pastry shops and ice cream parlors in the city. Our apartment was very nice and well-kept with all the comforts and well-equipped kitchenettes. The kindness and the availability of the owner in giving us advice and useful information helped make our stay perfect. Thanks for everything.

La posizione dell'appartamento era ottima, dando modo di poter volendo anche girare a piedi per raggiungere siti come il museo di cui non ricordo il nome e la zona archeologica, e Ortigia; si trova anche parcheggio gratuito in zona come locali di ogni genere. Francesco mi ha dato molte dritte sulle spiagge dove andare e vi assicuro che sono state molto utili. Sia lui che il padre sono due persone gentili educate e disponibili, con tutto il calore che ha la gente siciliana!!! The apartment I stayed in was comfortable, practical, elegant and he lacked nothing. The location of the apartment was excellent, allowing you to also want to walk around to reach sites such as the museum, whose name I can't remember, and the archaeological area, and Ortigia; there is also free parking in the area as well as clubs of all kinds. Francesco gave me a lot of tips on the beaches to go to and I assure you they were very useful. Camera da letto con divisoria in vetro colorato, ingresso,condizionatore,zona cottura/giorno dotata di ogni comfort, bagno luminoso,spazioso è dotato di asciugamani,bagnoschiuma e shampoo,asciugacapelli. Zona tranquilla,abbiamo dormito benissimo. ✨ Beautiful first floor apartment. Bedroom with colored glass partition, entrance, air conditioning, cooking / living area equipped with every comfort, bright and spacious bathroom with towels, shower gel and shampoo, hairdryer. Quiet area, we slept great. ✨

La posizione può sembrare un po' fuori mano ma non abbiamo avuto problemi col parcheggio, inoltre la Neapolis e il museo(unici veri punti di interesse della Siracusa nuova) sono molto vicini. Inoltre si trova a 2 passi dalla navetta per Ortigia attiva dalle 17 all'1 di notte. Ci tornerei. Well-kept and fully equipped apartments. We lacked nothing in the 3 nights we spent there. The location may seem a little out of the way but we had no problems with parking, and the Neapolis and the museum (the only real points of interest in the new Syracuse) are very close. It is also located 2 steps from the shuttle to Ortigia active from 5pm to 1am. I would stay there again.

L'appartamento è situato al centro della città, ad un minuto a piedi dalla fermata della navetta gratuita per Ortigia ed a pochi minuti da qualsiasi altro servizio, è molto funzionale ed ha qualsiasi tipo di comfort. Parcheggio in zona non a pagamento e molto tranquillo. Con pochi minuti d'auto si possono raggiungere anche le meravigliose spiagge sicule. Rapporto qualità/prezzo super conveniente! Personale molto molto simpatico e disponibile. Davvero tutto perfetto, nulla da dire, consiglio vivamente! My girlfriend and I had a fabulous week. The apartment is located in the city center, one minute walk from the free shuttle to Ortigia and a few minutes from any other service, it is very functional and has any kind of comfort. Parking in the area free of charge and very quiet. With a few minutes by car you can also reach the wonderful Sicilian beaches. Super affordable quality / price ratio! Very very nice and helpful staff. Really everything perfect, nothing to say, highly recommend!
