Verificate le dimensioni col tecnico, al montaggio mi sono reso conto che uno dei due fogli non aveva le dimensioni richiesta: forte opposizione a riconoscere l'errore e rifiuto di sostituire il pezzo errato nonostante la presentazione di foto a dimostrazione dell'errore.
Bad after-sales system: I ordered two sheets in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid to cover a caravan. After checking the dimensions with the technician, upon assembly I realized that one of the two sheets did not have the required dimensions: strong opposition to recognizing the error and refusing to replace the wrong piece despite the presentation of photos demonstrating the error.
