Daniela (se ricordo bene il nome) mi ha messo subito a mio agio e ascoltato le mie richieste, suggerendomi alcune soluzioni. Molto professionalmente ha iniziato a lavorare sui miei capelli e sulla mia barba, spiegandomi tutte le lozioni che stava usando e i loro benefici. Una bella esperienza che riproverò sicuramente. La Barberia is located in the center of Parma; after many hesitations I decided to make an appointment. On my arrival I waited only 2 minutes and I was already under the scissors. Daniela (if I remember the name well) immediately put me at ease and listened to my requests, suggesting some solutions. Very professionally he started working on my hair and beard, explaining all the lotions he was using and their benefits. A nice experience that I will definitely try again.

Alla fine esci contento e non hai speso nemmeno tanto, e in più ci ritorni volentieri. Poi con sottofondo la musica, ci si rilassa e ci si gode. I believe that kindness, spontaneity, sympathy are part of Dani (the one who manages the barbershop and looks after the customers). She welcomes you, puts you at ease and advises you. In the end you go out happy and you have not even spent so much, and moreover you come back willingly. Then with the music in the background, you can relax and enjoy.
