★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata ad Antuan ieri perché un mio amico me l'ha consigliato. Ho mostrato questa foto al mio stilista e il tutto si è concluso con un taglio di capelli che mi fa sembrare un ragazzino. Questi sono i capelli più corti che abbia mai avuto in vita mia, e non assomigliano affatto alla fotografia. Ho anche aggiunto una foto di me prima del taglio di capelli per mostrare quanto sim sia discostato dalle indicazioni. La cosa peggiore è che il giorno dopo sono tornato e ho chiesto se potevano darmi una giftcard per rifarmi i capelli il mese dopo quando i capelli sarebbero ricresciuti una po’ da aggiustare il taglio. Ho pagato 60 euro per sembrare un ragazzino, così il minimo che potessero fare è riconoscere il loro errore e aiutarmi a trovare una soluzione. La donna alla reception era gentile all'inizio, ha chiamato il suo capo, e dopo 5 minuti di conversazione al telefono in un angolo della stanza, mi ha detto che potevano solo offrirmi una piega gratis per stirare i capelli e falli sembrare più lunghi. Se posso dare un consiglio fai meglio a tagliarti i capelli a casa piuttosto che pagare per il taglio di capelli sbagliato e un servizio clienti inesistente. Il tutto è stato molto poco professionale.
I went to Antuan yesterday because a friend of mine recommended it to me. I showed this picture to my stylist and it all ended with a haircut that makes me look like a kid. These are the shortest hair I've ever had in my life, and they look nothing like photography. I also added a picture of me before the haircut to show how much sim has diverged from the directions. The worst is that the next day I came back and asked if they could give me a giftcard to make my hair a month later when the hair would grow back a bit 'to fix the cut. I paid 60 euros to look like a kid, so the least they could do was acknowledge their mistake and help me find a solution. The woman at the reception was nice at first, he called his boss, and after five minutes of conversation on the phone in the corner of the room, he told me that they could only offer me a free fold hair straightener and make them seem longer. If I can give you an advice, you better cut your hair at home rather than pay for the wrong haircut and non-existent customer service. Everything was very unprofessional.
