Haleh e Mitra sono professionali e molto scrupolosi nel loro lavoro. Vi consiglio di farvi coccolare da loro! Giusy I have done multiple eyebrow treatments, tattooed eyeliner, eyelash treatment and waxing I found myself very well. Qualified and kind staff. Haleh and Mitra are professional and very thorough in their work. I recommend you to be pampered by them! Giusy

La prima volta che sono andata per fare le sopracciglia, ho scelto l’epilazione con il filo arabo ma il risultato finale non è stato per niente bello in quanto sono tornata a casa e le sopracciglia avevano una forma che non era quella naturale della mia sopracciglia ed inoltre c’erano dei residui che non erano stati tolti quindi le ho dovute rifare nuovamente a casa. La seconda volta che sono ritornata ho fatto il semipermanente, l’onicotecnica che mi ha fatto il semipermanente è stata poco educata e gentile poiché si è lamentata tutto il tempo delle mie mani e insisteva continuamente nel farmi fare il gel. Non credo di rimetterci più piede in questo negozio perché il trattamento ricevuto come cliente è stato pessimo. A mio parere, la gentilezza, l’educazione, il rispetto e la professionalità sono ingredienti fondamentali per accogliere un cliente. I am not at all satisfied with the treatments received by the people who work in this shop. The first time I went to do the eyebrows, I chose the hair removal with the Arabic thread but the final result was not at all nice as I came home and the eyebrows had a shape that was not the natural one of my eyebrows and also there were residues that had not been removed so I had to do them again at home. The second time I returned I did the semi-permanent, the nail technician who gave me the semi-permanent was not polite and kind because she complained all the time about my hands and constantly insisted on giving me the gel. I don't think I can set foot in this shop again because the treatment received as a customer was very bad. In my opinion, kindness, education, respect and professionalism are key ingredients for welcoming a customer.

Le pellicine sono state tagliate così corte da sanguinare e ho sentito la pelle delle dita tirare in quelle zone per 4 giorni. Ogni volta che facevo qualcosa dovevo stare attenta, altrimenti ci prendevo incontro e mi faceva malissimo. La forma delle unghie era irregolare e il colore del semipermanente steso male. Alla ricrescita le crosticine di sangue si erano incorporate allo smalto ed erano inguardabili. Ho avuto anche un’allergia alle mani per i primi giorni di applicazione, probabilmente perché lo smalto era stato applicato sulla pelle. La pedicure ok, ma un po’ frettolosa. Sicuramente 100 euro spesi male. The place is certainly very nice and clean and the girls are nice, but unfortunately the manicure did not go well. Every time I did something I had to be careful, otherwise I would meet and it would hurt me terribly. The shape of the nails was irregular and the color of the semi-permanent coat was badly applied. At regrowth the blood crusts had incorporated into the enamel and were unwatchable. I also had an allergy to the hands for the first few days of application, probably because the nail polish had been applied to the skin. The pedicure ok, but a little rushed. Certainly 100 euros badly spent.

Mitra and Haley are wonderful, professional, sweet and patient ... but above all with two golden hands !! after years I finally have natural and very well done eyebrows !! highly recommended !!

Hanno insistito così tanto nel farmi le sopracciglia che mi hanno convinto a colorarle. Nonostante abbia detto più volte di non toccarle per non rovinare la forma, quando mi sono guardata allo specchio mi veniva da piangere. Le sopracciglia sono una tra le cose più importanti che danno espressione al viso. Il personale parla in un'altra lingua e a me da fastidio sinceramente, non è educato. Ho detto chiaramente che non mi piaceva il risultato e mi hanno detto che potevo cancellare l'henné lavandolo. Non è così. Adesso devo aspettare che mi crescano le sopracciglia per riavere la forma di prima. Per di più era la prima volta che andavo da un'estetista. Consiglio caldamente di pensarci due volte prima di fidarti delle persone che dicono di essere "professionisti" dato che, inoltre, io sono bionda e pure il colore era totalmente diverso dai miei capelli, era un castano scuro e stonava un sacco. Mentre mi stavo cambiando, praticamente nuda, entra tranquillamente e senza bussare una signora, credo la titolare, prende quanto le serve ed esce. Sono rimasta allibita. Senza contare la predica dell'estetista perché la volta precedente non avevo fatto una ceretta ma usato il rasoio. Ma per favore.
