★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è carino, ha mantenuto parte dell'aura della vecchia barberia.
Io di recensioni dovrei scrivere due: una quando c'era Mary e una dopo.
Parto con la prima. Mary era una grande professionista, taglio perfetto anche dopo due mesi. A lei darei 5*, alla Barberia 4*.
Sono ritornato dopo la partenza di Mary, mi ha tagliato i capelli un ragazzino un po' impacciato – sembrava appena uscito dalla scuola – non sapeva nemmeno come regolare la sedia, è arrivato un altro in aiuto, e infine la signora della cassa che ha risolto. Dopo una lotta maldestra del giovane con la mia folta chioma, sono uscito dalla Barberia insoddisfatto del taglio che si dimostrò peggiore col passare dei giorni.
Quindi un equo 2* per il barbiere in erba e altrettanto per la gestione a dir poco improvvisata.
 The place is nice, it has kept part of the aura of the old barbershop.
I should write two reviews: one when Mary was there and one after.
I start with the first. Mary was a great professional, perfect cut even after two months. I would give her 5 *, the Barberia 4 *.
I came back after Mary left, a little clumsy kid cut my hair - he looked like he just got out of school - didn't even know how to adjust the chair, another came in to help, and finally the cashier lady who solved . After a clumsy struggle of the young man with my thick hair, I came out of Barbary dissatisfied with the cut which proved worse as the days passed.
So a fair 2 * for the budding barber and equally for the improvised management to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero di passaggio a Parma. Ho voluto provare questa barberia. Purtroppo non avendo prenotato, e avendo poco tempo a disposizione prima di ripartire, non ho potuto provare i servizi offerti. Cinque stelle però, per l'accoglienza, la cordialità dello staff e la disponibilità a trovare una soluzione. Sarà per un altra volta.
I was passing through Parma. I wanted to try this barber shop. Unfortunately, not having booked, and having little time available before leaving, I was unable to try the services offered. Five stars, however, for the welcome, the friendliness of the staff and the willingness to find a solution. Will be for another time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in for a head shave and a shave AROUND my beard. Instead they used an electric clipper for my beard and re-shaped it - they tried to put the electric clipper to my head and I walked out.
My beard is now shaped like like I'm in jersey shore, my neck is on fire. The manager was great and helpful, understood and was sympathetic. The place looks fine for a haircut but NO NOT GET A SHAVE HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my two boys here recently for haircuts and they did a great job. It took a while, but only because they were very meticulous. You could tell they were professionals. Bonus: you get to look out into a lovely piazza while you wait and/or get a haircut.
