A partire dalla location, entrando, colpiti da come è stata addobbata la sala x l’occasione ; curata minuziosamente nei particolari davvero molto carina ! Cena ottima, e su questo non si discute ! Da tenere presente l’attenzione dei ristoratori rivolta ai celiachi e persone con intolleranze nonostante x l’occasione menù fisso. A seguire, grazie al dj Giulio, divertente serata di musica con balli di gruppo e x finire disco-music. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo considerato la doppia opportunità di cena e ballo ! Un antipasto,due secondi,caffè,acqua e una calice di vino €35. Tutto ottimo e le cameriere molto gentili ! G	Gisella Bellavia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La proprietaria è stata carinissima con me visto che per pasqua 22 era anche il compleanno di mio figlio.Quando siamo arrivati ho portato la torta fatta da una pasticceria per il compleanno di mio figlio e mi hanno chiesto lo scontrino che io giustamente non avevo piu ma poi la cosa è andata bene!siamo arrivati alle 13.00 e l'antipasto è arrivato alle 15.10 permetto che non c'era un menù fisso anche se era pasqua! Antipasto discreto soliti salumi e formaggi ma per i secondi e i primi io calerei un velo pietoso sicuramente io cucino meglio...Questa e la 3 volta che ci mangio e non ho mai mangiato così male come ieri...menù totalmente diverso da quello che c'e' scritto scritto su internet...abbiamo speso 30. € a persona senza scontrino dice la cameriera fatto bene!!!abbiamo speso tantissimo per ciò che ci hanno dato!!! Di ritorno da una giornata libera nella valle ci fermiamo alla Baita, e nonostante abbiamo scoperto che la gestione da qualche anno è cambiata, non è stato fatto granchè per migliorare questo bellissimo posto a La Consuma, da una gestione giovane e cosi vivace ci saremmo aspettati un bel restyling dell'interno, davvero troppo serio e classico. Benchè sia piú che sufficiente nel complesso, molto bene i primi,specie la pasta fresca, devo dire insomma i secondi. In generale è mancata quella scintilla montana del locale e degli arredi, che fanno sentire tutta la loro età. Forse d'estate con tutto il posto all'aperto fa un'altra impressione. Ribadisco che culinarmente è piú che sufficiente, anche se devo ammettere che abbiamo trovato alcuni voci del conto leggermente alte rispetto al prezzo medio del Casentino. Although it is more than sufficient overall, the first courses are very good, especially the fresh pasta, I must say the second ones. In general, the mountain spark of the place and the furnishings are missing, making them feel their age. Perhaps in the summer with the whole place outdoors it makes another impression. I repeat that culinarily it is more than enough, even if I must admit that we found some items on the bill slightly high compared to the average price of the Casentino. Locale molto caratteristico sulla strada del Passo di Consuma, personale simpatico e disponibile. Menu particolare che soddisfa la voglia di cibo toscano. Ottima cucina. Devo ammettere che il posto è assai bello e caratteristico, ma leggermente antiquato e un sistema di illuminazione a led magari sarebbe più ottimale. La cucina è varia e tradizionale e nel complesso sulla sufficienza, anche se non mi hanno fatto dire wow! Il caffè non troppo buono. Bagni nella media. Nonostante la zona ci aspettavamo prezzi un po’ più popolari vista la zona. Come detto non siamo poi stati male, quindi due stelle per il mangiare e il servizio ci stanno. Non posso dare altre stelle, magari ritorneremo per una pizza che leggo essere molto apprezzata.
