A	Alexander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich in einer größeren Gruppe dort essen war und wir uns nun auch über das Restaurant unterhalten haben, möchte ich künftigen Personen einen Einblick davon geben. Das Essen war in Ordnung, jedoch etwas langweilig. Dafür, dass es schön angerichtet war würden wir 3 Sterne geben. Der Service war eigentlich miserable (vor allem für ein 4 Sterne Hotel). Kein Salz und Pfeffer am Tisch; als wäre der Koch so überheblich zu glauben alles perfekt würzen zu können und auch die Kellnerin die meint, dass ihr Wein gut zu sein hat, ich mich aber nur nicht auskenne. Der Wein war übrigens miserable und auch die Empfehlung/Beschreibung dazu. Beschrieben wurde er als leicht und dezent - jedoch war er nur sauer. Auch die Bedienung hat furchtbar lang gedauert, obwohl vielleicht 7 Gäste da waren und man hat sich nicht allzu wohl gefühlt (letzteres ist natürlich subjektiv). Insgesamt 2 Sterne und einen 3 Stern für das Ambiente. Es gibt weitaus bessere (Rooftop-) Restaurants in Rom und ganz in der Nähe. After I ate there in a larger group and we have now also talked about the restaurant, I would like to give future people an insight into it. The food was okay, but a bit bland. We would give it 3 stars for being nicely presented. The service was actually miserable (especially for a 4 star hotel). No salt and pepper at the table; as if the chef were so arrogant to believe that he could season everything perfectly and also the waitress who said that her wine should be good, but that I just didn't know my way around. By the way, the wine was miserable and so was the recommendation / description. It was described as light and subtle - but it was just angry. The service also took an awfully long time, although there were maybe 7 guests and you didn't feel too comfortable (the latter is of course subjective). A total of 2 stars and a 3 star for the ambience. There are far better (rooftop) restaurants in Rome and very close by.

Cibo ottimo, la sbriciolata al cioccolato con crema chantilly è divina, ma devo assolutamente tornarci per provare la crostata alle visciole. Ci sono stata con un'amica, ma vista l'atmosfera ci porterò la mia dolce metà, magari prenotando la torretta che è un'area sopraelevata, separata dal resto della terrazza, molto intima e ideale per una cena romantica. Consigliatissimo! Wonderful terrace surrounded by greenery and with a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Rome. Staff very kind and helpful. Great food, the chocolate crumble with chantilly cream is divine, but I must definitely go back to try the sour cherry tart. I went there with a friend, but given the atmosphere I'll take my sweetheart there, perhaps by booking the tower which is an elevated area, separated from the rest of the terrace, very intimate and ideal for a romantic dinner. Highly recommended!

Fin dal primo contatto con il personale dell'hotel per chiedere informazioni, settimane prima, abbiano riscontrato una gentilezza ,una professionalità e una cortesie incredibile e sopratutto,sempre più rara di questi tempi. Ci hanno seguito con dovizia e precisione per l'organizzazione della cena,rispondendo sempre con sollecitudine e in tempi brevi alle nostre mail. La sera della festa siamo stati benissimo!! Il personale è squisito,gentile e professionale, dalla reception fino al cameriere che ci ha servito. La location è da sogno! Si vede tutta Roma e la terrazza è un vero e proprio giardino pensile. Cibo e bevande di qualità,tutto buonissimo! Mia madre e il compagno hanno anche pernottato li e ho potuto constatare personalmente la grande pulizia e l'eleganza delle camere. Lo consiglio assolutamente!! Sia per pernottarvi, sia per delle feste, sia per una cena suggestiva. We threw a surprise party at the Roof Garden on August 26th for my mother. We were a total of 17 people. From the first contact with the hotel staff to ask for information, weeks before, they found an incredible kindness, professionalism and courtesy and above all, increasingly rare these days. They followed us with great care and precision in organizing the dinner, always responding promptly and quickly to our emails. The night of the party we had a great time !! The staff are exquisite, kind and professional, from the front desk to the waiter who served us. The location is a dream! You can see all of Rome and the terrace is a real hanging garden. Quality food and drinks, all very good! My mother and partner also stayed there and I was able to personally see the great cleanliness and elegance of the rooms. I absolutely recommend it !! Whether to stay overnight, for parties, or for a suggestive dinner.

Staff ben disposto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Bellissima la location (con immancabili foto sull’affaccio più suggestivo), buono il menù. Consigliatissimo! I celebrated my birthday at the Uliveto Roof Garden. I was really satisfied: all courteous and helpful. Staff willing to satisfy every need. The location is beautiful (with inevitable photos on the most suggestive view), the menu is good. Highly recommended!

Al piano superiore un terrazzino che oermette di godere di una vista completa. Qualità del cibo ottima, con prezzi piú che ragionevoli visto il luogo. (Questo la distingue da altre terrazze, per cui per far tornare le persone é sempre importante non dimenticare mai il rapportó qualità/prezzo/ fattibilità). Solo due suggerimenti: scorciare leggermente alcune piante per godere maggiormente della vista, e i supplí molto leggeri ma poco saporiti). Il resto invece tutto buonissimo. Ci torneremo Beautiful location, the particularity of this terrace is the furniture. More than a terrace, a garden with a wide open window on Rome. Upstairs a small terrace that allows you to enjoy a complete view. Excellent quality of food, with more than reasonable prices given the place. (This distinguishes it from other terraces, so to bring people back it is always important to never forget the quality / price / feasibility ratio). Just two suggestions: slightly shorten some plants to enjoy the view more, and the very light but not very tasty supplí). The rest, on the other hand, is all very good. We will be back

Les prix sont raisonnable. Good meal, nicely wooded rooftop, however a small disappointment for the lack of view that seemed to have on the photos. The service was acceptable. The prices are reasonable.
