★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco nel negozio il giorno cinque dell’otto per ritirare il mio regalo di benvenuto la signora prima mi dice che non me lo può consegnare e poi chiama una responsabile di Milano e mi dice che me lo deve consegnare nel frattempo mi lavo le mani nel lavandino sempre disponibile lì vicino ,e la signora mi dice che non è consentito in malo modo ,io mi arrabbio esco dal negozio e dico il regalo di benvenuto lo ritirerò a Venezia dove mi reco sempre per fare gli acquisti. Passo di lì il giorno 11 vedo che non c’è la commessa che era stata poco gentile con me e chiedo alla signorina dietro il banco se mi può consegnare il regalo di benvenuto poiché mi recherò a Venezia a fare a queste soltanto il giorno 13 la signora gentilmente guarda il computer e mi risponde guardi che il regalo di benvenuto già stato consegnato io le spiego la caduto e la signora mi dice io non posso sapere magari lei mi dice che non l’ha ritirato e l’ ha ritirato. A questo punto io non ho parole poi non posso fare altro che sconsigliare assolutamente un negozio del genere in tanti anni non mi è mai successo che mi arrivasse una mail con un regalo di benvenuto e che subito dopo mi dicessero che me l’hanno consegnato sebbene nessuno mi ha dato niente molto probabilmente la commessa se le tenuto a parlare visto che era un bel regalo comunque adesso ho mandato una mail di reclamo ovviamente a Milano e sul sito web della ditta e anche in Francia . mi sento profondamente offesa per quello che è accaduto!
 I go to the shop on day five of the eight to collect my welcome gift, the lady first tells me that she cannot deliver it to me and then calls a manager in Milan and tells me that she has to deliver it to me in the meantime I wash my hands in the sink always available nearby, and the lady tells me that it is not allowed in a bad way, I get angry I go out of the shop and I say the welcome gift I will collect it in Venice where I always go to shop. I pass by there on the 11th I see that there is no saleswoman who had been unkind to me and I ask the young lady behind the counter if she can give me the welcome gift as I will go to Venice to do these only on the 13th day. lady kindly looks at the computer and answers me look that the welcome gift has already been delivered I explain the fallen and the lady tells me I can not know maybe she tells me that she has not withdrawn it and has withdrawn it. At this point I have no words then I can not help but absolutely advise against such a shop in many years it has never happened to me that I received an email with a welcome gift and that immediately after they told me that they delivered it to me although no one gave me anything, most likely the clerk kept talking to her as it was a nice gift anyway now I have obviously sent an email of complaint to Milan and on the company website and also in France. I am deeply offended by what happened!

Nice shop, the lady at the processional checkout and good at her job, she knows how to sell well without being oppressive as they are in other places. Very nice advent calendar.

Prodotti eccellenti ad un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, packaging bello e, soprattutto, quando vado mi affido nelle mani di un addetto alle vendite speciale: molto preparato, gentile, sempre sorridente e professionale. I'm a visual. This means that I love colors, and beauty. This shop embodies every perfect quality. Excellent products at a good value for money, beautiful packaging and, above all, when I go I entrust myself into the hands of a special sales person: very knowledgeable, kind, always smiling and professional. It is not easy to meet such high level staff in the shops of Trieste. Congratulations and thank you, I will always return willingly to such a place.

Un accoglienza che ti fa sentire a casa sopratutto grazie alla Store Manager Gabriella che è sempre cordiale, professionale ma sopratutto sa dare i giusti consigli come se fosse una cara amica!
Prodotti economici e non super efficaci con una qualità a dir poco eccezionale ma sopratutto adatti a tutti tipi di persone che sia uomo, donna o bambino.
Consiglio vivamente questo negozio in particolare, ma in generale il brand che si prende cura del cliente in maniera così premurosa.
Un’esperienza unica! Ci tornerò presto sicuramente!

A welcome that makes you feel at home especially thanks to the Store Manager Gabriella who is always friendly, professional but above all knows how to give the right advice as if she were a dear friend!
Cheap and not super effective products with an exceptional quality to say the least but above all suitable for all types of people whether they are men, women or children.
I highly recommend this shop in particular, but in general the brand that takes care of the customer in such a thoughtful way.
A unique experience! I will definitely be back soon!

Il punto vendita, in pieno centro ed in una bellissima posizione, pur non essendo grandissimo è molto ben fornito, con una vetrinetta tutta dedicata ai prodotti per uomo.
I entered just to browse, thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the sales clerk, Miss Ilaria, I bought an excellent aftershave balm.
The store, in the center and in a beautiful location, although not very large, is very well stocked, with a showcase entirely dedicated to products for men.
