★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti buoni (eccetto per cioccolato che non è un granchè, nonostante il prezzo) ed esteticamente molto raffinati e particolari, ma se fosse per la commessa che mi ha servito, sarebbe da non metterci mai più piede.
Ho fatto una spesa cospicua (i prezzi sono stellari quindi non è stato difficile spenderci un patrimonio) ma davvero mi sono sentita a disagio per come sono stata accolta e servita. Pareva quasi di disturbare.
Le ho chiesto poi se mi potesse dare 2 (due non cinquecento) sacchettini trasparenti in più. Sono rimasta allibita quando mi ha risposto che avrei dovuto riacquistare qualcosa. Avevo appena speso 40€. Una scortesia e freddezza tale toglie davvero la magia del posto. Lo sconsiglierò.
Good products (except for chocolate which is not that great, despite the price) and aesthetically very refined and particular, but if it were for the saleswoman who served me, it would be never to set foot again.
I spent a lot of money (the prices are stellar so it wasn't difficult to spend a fortune) but I really felt uncomfortable with how I was welcomed and served. It almost seemed to disturb.
I then asked her if she could give me 2 (two not five hundred) more transparent bags. I was shocked when he told me that I would have to buy something back. I had just spent € 40. Such rudeness and coldness really takes away the magic of the place. I will advise against it.

Sono andato a chiedere un cambio per un filtro da te _con confezione già aperta_, ma l'ho comprato con confezione già aperta e per me, stupidamente, non rappresentava un problema. Il giorno dopo torno per chiedere la sostituzione in quanto il filtro è troppo grande per la mia teiera, ma il commesso (o proprietario, boh) prima mi dice che non c'è nessun problema che me l'avrebbe cambiato, poi accortosi che la confezione era aperta mi ha ha detto che era impossibile che l'avessi comprato così, dandomi praticamente del bugiardo. Ovviamente me ne sono andato arrabbiato, non per il mancato cambio, ma per l'evidente offesa!! Evidentemente preferiscono i 10€ del filtro ad un cliente. Peccato (per loro) e per la commessa che invece era cortese. Evidentemente non hanno bisogno di clienti.

The next day I go back to ask for a replacement as the filter is too big for my teapot, but the salesman (or owner, boh) first tells me that there is no problem that would have changed me, then realizing that the pack was open he told me it was impossible that I had bought him like that, giving me practically a liar. Obviously I went mad, not for the failed change, but for the obvious offense !! Obviously they prefer a € 10 filter to a customer. Too bad (for them) and for the order that was polite instead. Obviously they don't need customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale per niente disponibile, sono entrato con la mia compagna per acquistare della pellicola/plastica a metro da usare per creare dei sacchettini regalo in cui mettere dei biscotti. Il commesso prima di servirci ha sistemato quello che aveva sul bancone, (eravamo solo noi) dopo, ci ha mostrato la pellicola/plastica e al momento della misurazione l'ha misurata ad occhio, io sono rimasto un pò perplesso mentre misurava, infatti, quando sono arrivato a casa anzichè avere 3 metri mi sono ritrovato con 2,60 m. Un tanto per vostra informazione al metro costa 4€, gli ho lasciato 12€ e non sono per niente soddisfatto.
Personalmente mi sono trovato male e il servizio lascia MOLTO desiderare! Sconsiglio vivamente oltre al fatto che hanno prezzi alle stelle!

The salesman before serving us arranged what he had on the counter, (it was only us) afterwards, he showed us the film / plastic and at the time of the measurement he measured it by eye, I was a bit perplexed while he measured, in fact, when I got home instead of having 3 meters I found myself with 2.60 m. A lot for your information costs 4 € per meter, I left him 12 € and I am not at all satisfied.
Personally I found myself sick and the service leaves a LOT to be desired! I strongly advise against the fact that they have skyrocketing prices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'esperienza cn il proprietario negativa so no entrata in negozio salutandoe lui stava parlando in sloveno cn una persona ,preciso che non stava servendo questa persona ma semplicemente parlando. Non sono stata salutata perché ho detto buongiorno in italiano ?La commessa 8nvece è stata molto gentile e mi ha consigliato buoni prodotti.Neanche in Slovenia non mi capita razzismo del genere so perché non parlo sloveno.Ah e non sono foresta né taliana come spesso vengono appellate ke persone che parlano italiano

I was not greeted because I said hello in Italian? The saleswoman 8nvece was very kind and recommended good products.Not even in Slovenia I don't have such racism I know why I don't speak Slovenian.Ah and I'm neither forest nor Italian as they often come appellate ke people who speak Italian
