Molto utile per tutto ciò che riguarda le fotografie, è uno dei pochi negozi rimasti in città di questo genere. Se si è in centro e si ha bisogno di fototessere per documenti come passaporti (il mio caso), carte d'identità o C.V. è la soluzione ideale. Personale molto gentile e disponibile e qualità del lavoro di ottimo livello. In the center, it is located in the internal patio of an androna in via Gallina (near Piazza Goldoni). E	Enrico Cossutta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erano circa le 17.35, ero entrato per fare delle fotocopie, avevo fretta perché delle persone mi aspettavano a breve per un appuntamento in Piazza Unità, ma questo nessuno poteva saperlo. La signora del negozio stava stampando delle fotografie a due clienti. Da notare che la fotocopiatrice era libera. Un signore sul fondo seduto accanto ad un altro tavolo stava guardando il suo cellulare. Aspetto educatamente che i signori siano serviti nonostante l'apprensione per i minuti che passavano. Ad un certo punto entra una cliente e si avvicina al bancone, la signora del negozio le dice: - Ecco la sua cornice, è pronta, e si accinge ad incartarla. A questo punto intervengo: - Avevo bisogno di fare delle fotocopie, ma andrò in un altro negozio, buonasera! Ci sono molti modi per fare un mestiere, ogni lavoro ha la sua tecnica, ma la cortesia è una sola, Foto Rolli: una frase, "Sono subito da lei", non si nega a nessuno. Penso che non visiterò più il vostro negozio, anzi ne sono certo. Auguri per tutto.
