★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi e poco collaborativi. Già tre volte che torno. Le prime due non ho trovato nessuno, poi ho saputo che aprivano al 6 novembre perché erano in ristrutturazione. Torno la terza volta dopo tale data erano aperti ma hanno detto che non potevano mostrarmi le foto GIÀ PAGATE della prima Comunione di mia figlia perché i computer non erano collegati. Ma insomma!!!!!!! Che servizio di pessima qualità. I soldi se li sono presi subito, una settimana prima della Comunione ma io 2 mesi dopo non sono ancora nemmeno riuscita a visionarle. Sconsiglio!
Rude and uncooperative. Three times I've been back already. The first two I did not find anyone, then I learned that they were opening on November 6 because they were being renovated. I come back the third time after that date they were open but they said they couldn't show me the ALREADY PAID photos of my daughter's First Communion because the computers were not connected. But in short !!!!!!! What a poor quality service. They took the money immediately, a week before Communion but 2 months later I still haven't even been able to see it. I do not recommend!

Ho speso 12 € solo per stampare 6 piccole fototessere.
Sconsigliato! Altrove si spende molto meno.
Too expensive!
I spent € 12 just to print 6 small passport photos.
Not recommended! Elsewhere you spend much less.

Settimana scorsa ci organizziamo per avere una stampa da ritirare oggi, come regalo di laurea. Quindi tra vari accordi, come richiesto, giovedì mattina invio l'email con le foto da stampare. Stamani chiamo per sapere a che ora ritirare la foto, per scoprire subito dopo che non è mai stata stampata e non la stamperanno oggi.
Siamo quindi senza regalo!
La cosa che più spiace è la mancanza di professionalità, mi son sentito rispondere: beh, potevi chiamare per accertarti che avessimo visto l'email... quasi fosse mia responsabilità.
Bad experience: UNRELIABLE.
Last week we are organizing to have a print to be picked up today, as a graduation gift. So between various agreements, as requested, on Thursday morning I send the email with the photos to be printed. This morning I call to find out what time to collect the photo, to find out immediately afterwards that it has never been printed and they will not print it today.
We are therefore without a gift!
The most unfortunate thing is the lack of professionalism, I heard the answer: well, you could have called to make sure we had seen the email ... almost as if it were my responsibility.
