Cibo semplice e gustoso, bruschette (friselle), panini con porchetta, insalatone, carne alla griglia, latte di mandorle e nocciole. Nella piazza principale di Civita il fratello ha un altro punto vebdita dove gustare squisite granite alla mandorla o al limone. Refreshment point along the descent to the Ponte del Diavolo in Civita. Managed with passion by young people who cook and sell the products of their farm. Simple and tasty food, bruschetta (friselle), sandwiches with roast pork, salads, grilled meat, almond milk and hazelnuts. L'oasi si trova proprio a metà del percorso per raggiungere in discesa la gola. ottimi i prezzi e cibo di qualità. ottima la presentazione delle portate. i ragazzi che lo gestiscono sono competenti e gentili. ho provato il latte di mandorla di loro produzione ( fresco e senza conservanti). hanno diversi prodotti bio della loro campagna. Fanno anche la vendita on line dei prodotti . si mangia sotto una tettoia al fresco e con vista sulla gola. ( i piatti sono abbondanti!) abbiamo preso una insalatona pollino , un tagliere di porchetta di suino nero, un panino con capocollo, una coca un'acqua e un latte di mandorla. abbiamo speso 25.00 euro. meravigliosoooo First I would like to say that it is not necessary to get off and on with the shuttle service if you are used to walking. L'azienda agricola Carlomagno, con uno dei suoi punti ristoro proprio sulle gole del Raganello propone granita alla mandorla e al limone squisite! Tutti i prodotti sono freschissimi, le preparazioni semplici per esaltare il gusto naturale dei frutti di loro produzione! Da non perdere la limonata fresca e la selezione di mandorle, fichi e taralli! Personale gentilissimo! And who said that the granita is only Sicilian? È possibile anche acquistare i prodotti tipici e caratteristici, come il torrone artigianale ed il piccante di Calabria. Consigliata la granita alle mandorle, è stata una scoperta sorprendente.
