★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica di pioggia nell'alto cosentino, ma questo non impedisce a Valerio, enologo e patron della Cantina Celimarro di accoglierci per una degustazione dei suoi vini.
Quello che sorprende è vedere un enologo che produce il vino della propria tenuta di famiglia qui in Calabria.
Ottimo il Magliocco, fresco e profumato il Greco Bianco, fruttato e ottimo il rosé, perfetto per un aperitivo il ma tonico con la sua nota effervescente: i vini della cantina Celimarro la nostra terra sanno raccontarla ad ogni sorso.
