So many good offers, lots of choices and salespeople to prepare you. When I went with my 3 month old canine I didn't know what to buy ... they gave me useful advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda il reparto acquari sono rimasto sorpreso in positivo dall assortimento. Negativo invece x i prezzi dei pesci... Troppo alti rispetto ad altri posti.. Essendo uno store uno si aspetterebbe dei prezzi più concorrenziali.
As for the aquarium department, I was positively surprised by the assortment. Negative instead x the prices of fish ... Too high compared to other places .. Being a store one would expect more competitive prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche anno fa ‘ questo negozio era occupato da personale gentile cortese e disponibile , personale amante degli animali e che faceva con gioia il suo lavoro .. Adesso in 3 alla cassa nessuno nelle corsie e se entri nemmeno Buongiorno !!! nonostante ti vedano vagare alla ricerca di qualcosa figurati se si pongono il problema !! Mi dispiace ma faccio sempre parte di quella piccola categoria di persone che tengono di più al buongiorno che alle offerte !!
A few years ago this shop was occupied by polite, courteous and helpful staff, animal-loving staff who happily did their job .. Now 3 at the checkout no one in the aisles and if you enter not even Good morning !!! although they see you wandering in search of something, imagine if they ask themselves the problem !! I'm sorry but I'm always part of that small category of people who care more about good morning than offers !!

Very well stocked, prices in line with online stores (this is already a success) and a lot of variety, especially snacks. Extremely nice and helpful staff and it is possible to bring your four-legged together!
