Al lavaggio del proprio cucciolo si può assistere da una saletta e tramite monitor si guarda la varie fasi. Nice and polite staff. The goods obviously come from large retailers. Racconto il mio episodio Per sbaglio errore mio dimentico la mascherina entro nel negozio con la maglietta sul naso e chiedo gentilmente se avessero una mascherina che comunque avrei pagato,mentre chiedevo ció noto un pacco di mascherine aperto lo posa sotto il bancone e mi dice "se vuoi una mascherina vedi di fronte le vendono" specifico che da questo elemento avendo 2 cani spendo 20 euro minimo a settimana, ovviamente hanno perso un cliente per 10 centesimi che in fin dei conti se mi avessero chiesto i soldi per la mascherina sarei stato più contento. Abbiamo cambiato negozio senza renderci conto che risparmiamo tempo benzina e soldi rispetto ai prezzi che hanno loro. Abbiamo portato un trovatello orfano di gatto nella speranza di trovare un supporto concreto oltre che i prodotti necessari per la sua crescita. E così è stato! Ci ha accoltə Raimondo che subito ha capito la gravità della situazione: il gattino aveva appena 6 giorni, era disidratato e in ipotermia. L'ha soccorso con urgenza mettendolo sotto una lampada riscaldante, l'ha allattato con una bottiglina e ci ha spiegato cosa fare e come agire per evitare il peggio (da come tenerlo sotto la lampada, a come preparare il latte in polvere, le quantità e la modalità di allattamento). Il suo supporto è stato fondamentale per la sopravvivenza del gattino, è andato oltre il semplice lavoro e si è reso disponibile anche telefonicamente in caso di dubbi.
