I have been bringing my Timo from Florence to this toilet in Prato for six years. The professionalism and love that Sara and Simone put into their work and in taking care and cuddling my furry baby is priceless! I trust them and above all he trusts Timo who loves them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In transito a Prato ho avuto bisogno di toelettare i miei cani e tramite internet ho scoperto questo luogo, l'ho scelto tra tanti perchè non ho dovuto attendere tanti giorni prima di avere un appuntamento. Sono stata molto soddisfatta del risultato ma un po' meno dell'importo pagato, euro 100,00 per due cani di piccola taglia, toy precisamente (avessi pagato meno avrei dato sicuramente 5 stelle ).Ho scoperto che non molto lontano da loro in un'altra toilette per cani avrei risparmiato almeno €30 ma bisogna vedere la qualità del servizio e il risultato se sono uguali. Proverò con la mia terza cagnolina per valutare.
Grazie comunque alla toilette Narcisi e al suo staff.
In transit in Prato I needed to groom my dogs and through the internet I discovered this place, I chose it among many because I didn't have to wait many days before having an appointment. I was very satisfied with the result but a little less than the amount paid, € 100.00 for two small dogs, toy precisely (if I had paid less I would have given 5 stars for sure). other dog toilet I would have saved at least € 30 but you have to see the quality of the service and the result if they are the same. I will try with my third dog to evaluate.
Thanks anyway to the Narcisi toilet and its staff.
