★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un luogo raffinato, piacevole, intimo in cui trascorrere una sera in compagnia degli amici gustando una ottima pizza! La pasta è soffice ed ottenuta da una lentissima lievitazione con lievito madre, condimenti di qualità le danno un sapore intenso e delizioso, la chicca è ordinarla con il bordo ripieno, una vera goduria per il palato... il mio consiglio la pistacchiosa il top!
Il personale è gentilissimo, qualificato e simpatico! Ottimo anche Il rapporto qualità prezzo...da provare assolutamente ... i primi ed i secondi non sono da meno!
 A refined, pleasant, intimate place to spend an evening with friends while enjoying a great pizza! The dough is soft and obtained from a very slow rising with sourdough, quality seasonings give it an intense and delicious flavor, the gem is to order it with a filling edge, a real pleasure for the palate ... my advice is the pistachio the top !
The staff is very kind, qualified and nice! Also excellent The value for money ... to try absolutely ... the first and second are not less!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovandoci a Caltagirone per un breve week-end, ci siamo trovati sotto casa questo graziosissimo locale. Locale pulito, personale disponibile, educato e simpatico. Cucina ottima! Abbiamo cenato due sere lì, prendendo piatti diversi e entrambe le volte siamo stati davvero soddisfatti. L’impasto della pizza ha una lievitazione molto lunga tale da renderla leggera e gustosa nello stesso tempo. Consigliatissimo!
Finding ourselves in Caltagirone for a short weekend, we found this very nice place under our house. Clean place, helpful, polite and nice staff. Excellent cuisine! We had dinner there two evenings, taking different dishes and both times we were really satisfied. The pizza dough has a very long leavening time that makes it light and tasty at the same time. Highly recommended!
