Fanta, cola, wino stołowe i woda. An interesting suggestion to visit. At a price of 30 € per person we will get a starter, first and second course. For this dessert and coffee. Al primo impatto non si presentava molto bene ma ci siamo addentrati poiché nel menu c'erano pizze e focacce. Nessuno del personale indossa mascherina (periodo covid mascherina obbligatoria al chiuso)… tovaglie sporche del pranzo precedente. Chiediamo pizza o focaccia ed entrambe ci dicono non esserci. Arrivato il pane, lo vediamo avvolto da un fazzoletto giallognolo con delle macchie. Fatto notare lo hanno sostituito immediatamente dicendo " era solo una macchia..." Arredamento che necessità di essere cambiato velocemente. Potrebbe essere un ottimo candidato alla trasmissione "Cucine da incubo". Diamo due solamente per il cibo sufficiente: cotoletta alla palermitana e spaghetti con capperi, tonno e pomodorini. Non abbiamo voluto ordinare altro......... Entered because one of the few restaurants open in Caltagirone at 1.30pm and we didn't want to waste too much time. At first glance it didn't look very good but we went into it as there were pizzas and focaccias on the menu. None of the staff wear a mask (covid period mandatory mask indoors) ... dirty tablecloths from the previous lunch. We ask for pizza or focaccia and both tell us not to be there. Once the bread arrives, we see it wrapped in a yellowish handkerchief with spots. Pointed out they replaced it immediately saying "it was just a stain ..." Furniture that needs to be changed quickly. He could be a good candidate for "Nightmare Kitchens". We only give two for enough food: Palermo-style cutlet and spaghetti with capers, tuna and cherry tomatoes. We didn't want to order anything else .........

Ingredienti di ottima qualità, servizio rapido e ambiente accogliente, pizza enorme (circa 40 cm di diametro), possibilità di scegliere impasti con farine di grani antichi, canapa, cinque cereali. Personale gentile e alla mano. Consigliatissimo!! Pizza Mediolanum con 50% fiordilatte, 50% mozzarella di bufala, Speck, granella di pistacchio e olio extravergine di oliva a 14,50€. Capricciosa a 8,50€. Ottimo ristorante oltre che ottima pizzeria. One of the best pizzas you can eat in Sicily. Best pizza in Catania and I have lived in Catania for more than 7 years. Friendly and easy-going staff. Highly recommended !! Mediolanum pizza with 50% fiordilatte, 50% buffalo mozzarella, speck, pistachio grains and extra virgin olive oil for € 14.50. Capricciosa at € 8.50. Excellent restaurant as well as excellent pizzeria.

Da migliorare l'ingresso all'esterno che era troppo disordinato invece potrebbe essere davvero gradevole e da sostituire immediatamente i cestini del pane. Prezzi modici. Dolci buoni. The cuisine is good, home-style. The restaurant is characteristic rustic.
