Bad experience and to forget. The owner denied me the purchase of a tincture just because I am a man. He treated me with approximation and disdain. Shame. 0 professionalism. Narrow and unattractive shop. Good failure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi chiedo tutt'ora perché continui a fare acquisti qui... la signora con i capelli ricci neri (penso la titolare) credo sia tra le persone più scortesi e meno empatiche che abbia mai conosciuto. Consiglio un cambio lavoro, non a contatto col pubblico.
I still wonder why you keep shopping here ... the lady with black curly hair (I think the owner) I think is among the rudest and least empathetic people I have ever met. I recommend a job change, not in contact with the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aggiungo una " stelletta" in più rispetto all'anno scorso perché ieri sono stata servita dalla signora Daniela molto professionale, disponibile soprattutto molto più simpatica e affabile della titolare del negozio che ogni volta mi riceve quasi scocciandosi della mia presenza ,dimostrandomi la sua totale antipatia .
I add one more "star" compared to last year because yesterday I was served by Mrs. Daniela very professional, available above all much nicer and more affable than the shop owner who every time receives me almost pissed off by my presence, showing me her total dislike .

Conosce i prodotti sa dare il giusto consiglio con una cortesia unica. È stata non solo brava ma ha apprezzato che io fossi tornato con un campioncino vuoto per comperare il prodotto. If you can't smile, don't open a shop (Chinese saying, fortune cookie). Here we are in front of a special lady. True professional. He knows the products and knows how to give the right advice with a unique courtesy. Not only was she good but she appreciated that I came back with an empty sample to buy the product.
