★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più ! Stamattina ho acquistato due tisane DA REGALARE (confezionate in una scatola dell'erbolario.... le tisane erano Neavita... Mah)... uscita dall 'erboristeria mi accorgo che la proprietaria aveva applicato, CONSAPEVOLMENTE, sulla data di scadenza di una delle tisane un bollino... Per curiosità l'ho staccato e ho scoperto che il prodotto era in scadenza!! Sono tornata in negozio per restituire il prodotto che è stato sostituito con un sacchetto di caramelle. La proprietaria NON HA CHIESTO MINIMAMENTE SCUSA PER L'ACCADUTO, ANZI HA PRETESO SOLO LA SOSTITUZIONE DEL PRODOTTO E NON LA RESTITUZIONE DEI SOLDI.
Ovviamente sono andata in un'altra erboristeria per acquistare UN ALTRO prodotto da regalare!!
Never again ! This morning I bought two herbal teas DA GIFT (packaged in an erbolario box .... the herbal teas were Neavita ... Mah) ... out of the herbalist's shop I realize that the owner had applied, CONSCIOUSLY, on the expiry date of one of the infusions a sticker ... Out of curiosity I disconnected it and discovered that the product was expiring !! I went back to the store to return the product that was replaced with a candy bag. The owner HAS NOT ASKED AS A MINIMALLY ANNOUNCED FOR THE ACCOUNT, THUS HAS ONLY PREDICTED THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT AND NOT THE RETURN OF MONEY.
Obviously I went to another herbalist shop to buy ANOTHER product to give away !!
