Non entrerò mai più in quel negozio e nemmeno consiglio a nessuno di andare.... In particolare una signorina dello staff si riferisce alla clientela in modo arrogante e scortese indistintamente dalla situazione, elevandosi a paladina delle normative anticovid anche laddove non ci sono i presupposti per farlo. Abbiamo frequentato spesso questo negozio in passato ma solo ultimamente stiamo ricevendo questo spiacevole trattamento. Sinceramente abbiamo preferito continuare i nostri acquisti altrove. Bad staff and welcome. We have frequented this shop often in the past but have only recently been getting this unpleasant treatment. We honestly preferred to continue our shopping elsewhere.

Oltre ad essere il negozio in sè esteticamente piacevole, il personale è gentilissimo e preparatissimo. Ho fatto un milione di domande a Maria e mi ha risposto a qualsiasi richiesta sui prodotti e sulle mie esigenze riguardo ai prodotti e sono soddisfattissima di tutto quello che mi ha consigliato! Ci tornerò sicuramente e porterò anche le mie amiche! L'Erbolario shops are always nice but the one in via Toledo beats them all! In addition to being the shop itself aesthetically pleasing, the staff are very kind and well trained. I asked Maria a million questions and she answered any inquiries about products and my product needs and I am delighted with everything she recommended! Ieri sono entrata per fare un pensierino ad un'amica e la mia.amica non era di turno , ma c'era Maria, una ragazza davvero accorta, gentile che mi ha accontentata in tutto e ha fatto quel pacco con una cura e un garbo davvero unico. Trovarne di commesse così...sarebbe un piacere entrare nei negozi. Grazie Maria. I am a regular customer and friend of one of the very kind girls who work there.
