Tuttavia dispiace constatare che la signora titolare del negozio si sia letteralmente "trasformata" dal primo appuntamento ( giorno di scelta e acquisto della parrucca) da gentile, disponibile e attenta alle esigenze del cliente, a maleducata, arrogante e indisponente al secondo appuntamento(sistemazione parrucca e relative domande su mantenimento e lavaggio).Un atteggiamento così spiazzante e strano da lasciare senza parole! Dunque è questo il modo di trattare le persone che stanno affrontando un delicato problema di salute, e che sono pur sempre CLIENTI PAGANTI? Io non credo proprio! Una grande delusione sotto il punto di vista umano.
Nothing to say about the quality of the wigs. However, it is regrettable that the owner of the shop has literally "transformed" from the first appointment (day of choice and purchase of the wig) from polite, helpful and attentive to the needs of the customer, to rude, arrogant and irritating on the second appointment (wig arrangement and related questions on maintenance and washing) An attitude so unsettling and strange to leave you speechless! So is this the way to treat people who are facing a delicate health problem, and who are still PAYING CUSTOMERS? I don't think so! A great disappointment from a human point of view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo negozio insieme a mia madre che purtroppo a causa di cure chemioterapiche aveva bisogno di una parrucca.
L'idea era quella di trovare una parrucca che le piacesse e che assomigliasse il più possibile ai suoi capelli per poi provvedere in loco alla rasatura.
Fin da subito il personale ci pare avere un modo davvero poco delicato vista la situazione difficile che mia madre stava affrontando ma facciamo finta di niente. Purtroppo mia mamma non riesce a trovare il prodotto che la faccia sentire più a suo agio, e non per un capriccio, ma perché non c'era veramente una parrucca che la facesse sembrare quella di prima. La commessa che ci seguiva inizia a spazientirsi dicendo che bisogna adattarsi. Sconvolte, con una scusa riusciamo ad andarcene.
I went to this shop with my mother who unfortunately needed a wig due to chemotherapy treatments.

Unfortunately my mom can't find the product that makes her feel more comfortable, and not on a whim, but because there wasn't really a wig that made her look the same as before. The saleswoman who followed us begins to get impatient saying that we have to adapt. Upset, with an excuse we manage to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre disponile verso il cliente ma con insoddisfazione della merce, l'ultimo acquisto di una parrucca era stata scartata da un altra persona sicuramente ,dietro mancavano dei capelli come una sforbiciata sbagliata, in regalo mi ha dato uno champo che quando ho lavato un'altra parrucche delle mie con questo champo si è rovinata la parrucca, quasi tutti i capelli sono caduti, non ci torno più, prodotti danneggianti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato in questo negozio 4 anni fa. All’inizio tutto bene, anche se mi sono dovuta adattare perché quello che cercavo realmente non c’era. Purtroppo ora ho dovuto ricorrere ad una nuova parrucca comprata nella mia città, tutt’altra cosa, bellissima, personale competente e professionale. Ho approfittato anche per portare a mettere in piega la vecchia parrucca acquistata dalle signore….ne viene fuori che il capello è addirittura misto! Pagata 1500€. Negozio da lasciar perdere, affidatevi ad altro

Unfortunately, now I have had to resort to a new wig bought in my city, quite another thing, beautiful, competent and professional staff. I also took the opportunity to bring the old wig bought by the ladies to style… it turns out that the hair is even mixed! Paid € 1500. Shop to let it go, rely on something else
