Da provare sicuramente, per poi tornarci ?????? Beautiful venue. Great food with a wide choice from the menu. Exceptional wines with great choice from the card. Friendliness, hospitality and really good prices. Definitely to try, and then come back ??????

Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e speso meno del previsto, le cameriere precise e veloci con sala piena di gente, piatti buoni e materia prima ottima. Un saluto speciale a Eleonara e complimenti per il servizio e la compagnia...... ho messo 5 stelle ma se potevo ne mettevo 10 perché subentrare in un posto come la Tenda Rossa bisogna avere coraggio e tanta passione e cura del cliente. BRAVIIIIIIII We had dinner with a couple of friends on Saturday 19th February, a round of applause to all the staff, from the kitchen to the dining room. We ate very well and spent less than expected, the precise and fast waitresses with a room full of people, good dishes and excellent raw materials. A special greeting to Eleonara and congratulations for the service and the company ...... I put 5 stars but if I could I gave 10 because taking over a place like the Red Tent requires courage and a lot of passion and customer care. BRAVIIIIIIII

Un menu preciso, vario, e non dispersivo che presenta il giusto numero di piatti per ogni portata, consentendo varietà di scelta senza perdersi, anche se avrei voluto provare tutto!!! Disponibili gli chef e il servizio in tavola discreto ma divertente! Tornerò !!! A place out of town where you can enjoy excellent traditional Tuscan dishes. A precise, varied, and non-distracting menu that presents the right number of dishes for each course, allowing variety of choice without getting lost, even if I would have liked to try everything !!! Available chefs and discreet but fun table service! I'll be back !!!

Ottimo il cotechino con la verza ed il cavolo nero. Buona la minestra di farro e ceci. Gustose ke patate fatte alla cenere. Assolutamente da degustare un buon antipasto di salumi locali che sono squisiti. Buonissimi i dolci. Per il vino avete l'imbarazzo della scelta con i buoni e sinceri vini del Chianti fiorentino i quali si accompagnano molto bene con le pietanze locali. Prezzi giusti da 30 a 50 euro in base a ciò che si ordina ma direi che per un giusto pranzo o cena possiamo stare suo 30 euro tranquillamente. A classy restaurant, excellent dishes, simple and typical of the Tuscan culinary tradition, you can taste the mixed fried chicken, rabbit and vegetables. Excellent cotechino with savoy cabbage and black cabbage. The spelled and chickpea soup is good. Tasty ke potatoes made with ashes. Absolutely to taste a good appetizer of local cold cuts which are exquisite. The desserts are delicious. For wine you are spoiled for choice with good and sincere Florentine Chianti wines which go very well with local dishes. Fair prices from 30 to 50 euros based on what you order but I would say that for a fair lunch or dinner we can easily stay its 30 euros.

Nella piazza principale di Cerbaia, è stata aperta una trattoria moderna nei locali che una volta ospitavano un ristorante stellato. L’iniziativa è di un gruppo di appassionati ed entusiasti della cucina tradizionale. L’ambiente è accogliente e luminoso con una buona acustica, i tavoli sono ben distanziati ed apparecchiati con semplicità curata ed originale. Menu’ improntato sui prodotti di stagione e del territorio, con opzioni anche per i vegetariani. I piatti sono descritti bene. Ottimi i dolci e gli amari : tutti prodotti in casa. La carta dei vini è completa con una ampia scelta di prodotti di nicchia principalmente toscani. Il servizio è attento ed accurato condito con il tipico buon umore toscano. Prezzi onestissimi. Vale la trasferta. A pleasant unexpected discovery. In the main square of Cerbaia, a modern trattoria has been opened in the premises that once housed a starred restaurant. The initiative is by a group of enthusiasts and enthusiasts of traditional cuisine. It's worth the trip.
