★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scoperto questo caseificio per caso, percorrendo la via Villa Flaminia ho visto le indicazioni con scritto Caseificio. Il luogo è spartano, i prodotti buonissimi, ricotta vaccina e di pecora, tuma, provola fresca, mozzarella semplice e ripiena, toma erborinata... Una vera scoperta!
Il casaro mi ha anche dato delle spiegazioni e delle dritte.
I discovered this dairy by chance, along the Via Villa Flaminia I saw the signs with the words Dairy. The place is spartan, the products are very good, cow and sheep ricotta, tuma, fresh provola, simple and stuffed mozzarella, blue cheese ... A real discovery!
