★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pane posto nel sito sbagliato, con inevitabile errore "indotto" sul prezzo e commesse, con ciglia finte spropositate, che si spazientiscono sol perché chiedi loro: "Scusi, signorina...".
Un consiglio: fate corretta formazione ai vostri dipendenti!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spesso vado a fare la spesa in questo supermercato, non sempre forniti, capita che non riforniscono gli scaffali, spesso vuoti di certi prodotti.
Cosa negativa è scritto l'orario di chiusura a caratteri enormi nell'insegna esterna visibile a km di distanza, ma non vengono rispettati assolutamente.
I often go shopping in this supermarket, not always stocked, it happens that they do not stock the shelves, often empty of certain products.
Negative thing is written the closing time in huge characters in the external sign visible from km away, but they are absolutely not respected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispetto ad altri punti vendita (Via Segantini, Paternò) della catena è appena più piccolo e lo spazio delle corsie risulta ridotto anche sufficiente. Per il resto il consueto rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente unito ad offerte nel non food di prodotti spesso innovativi.
Compared to other points of sale (Via Segantini, Paternò) of the chain it is slightly smaller and the space of the aisles is also reduced enough. For the rest, the usual excellent value for money combined with offers in the non-food sector of often innovative products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non capisco perché, ma alla Lidl quando cerco quello che mi serve mi perdo e parlandone con amici hanno avuto la stessa sensazione. L' Eurospin è molto più intuitivo. Per esempio, per trovare lo zucchero ho impiegato 5 minuti ed ho notato che viene posto "più in la" in secondo piano a favore di altra roba sicuramente meno essenziale. Inoltre quando ho chiesto informazioni al personale 2 su 3 sono stati scortesi oltre che vaghi per indicarmi dove trovo quello che cerco, così li stuzzico chiedendo ogni informazione possibile e immaginabile, perché DEVONO ESSERE GENTILI ANCHE CONTROVOGLIA!
I don't understand why, but at Lidl when I look for what I need I get lost and talking about it with friends they had the same feeling. The Eurospin is much more intuitive. For example, it took me 5 minutes to find the sugar and I noticed that it is placed "further back" in the background in favor of other less essential stuff. Also when I asked the staff for information 2 out of 3 they were rude as well as vague to show me where I find what I am looking for, so I tease them by asking for every possible and imaginable information, because they MUST BE KIND EVEN DISPUTE!
