I was fine but a month ago or bought some pastries and after 1 hour we all had stomach ache ... now or wanted to try again and the almond granita was imaginable you could only feel the sugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei miei laboratori preferiti, colazione e dolci buoni veramente, non le solite robe che sanno di zucchero. La ricotta è ottima, il cioccolato è denso e dolce al punto giusto e le paste sono sempre fresche fragranti.
One of my favorite workshops, breakfast and really good desserts, not the usual sugar-flavored stuff. The ricotta is excellent, the chocolate is thick and sweet at the right point and the pastas are always fresh and fragrant.

Anche se la struttura non è un bel vedere i dolci sono Eccezionali, di altissima qualità come nella migliore tradizione Siciliana. È l'esempio in un era dove si fa a gara a chi fa il locale più bello senza altrettanta qualità nel cibo ,di come la sostanza supera di gran lunga il fumo.Complimenti

Even if the structure is not a pretty sight, the desserts are exceptional, of the highest quality as in the best Sicilian tradition. It is the example in an era where there is a competition to see who makes the most beautiful place without the same quality in the food, of how the substance far exceeds the smoke.

Ma quando il vecchio proprietario ti ammassa i dolci per farne entrare di più o per risparmiare 2 cent di vassoio poi grande ti vieni da ridere... Lo diceva Totó, signori si nasce!
Non lo fate interagire coi clienti...
Nb; nella foto si vede come ti da il vassoio ammassando il cibo... MANDATELO A CASA!
