★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo acquisto. Dopo meno di 5 anni il materasso è da gettare. Ho comprato un materasso a molle insacchettate più uno strato di memory e già da subito ho notato che si dormiva male. Ora dopo poco meno di 5 anni è affossato e deformato. Ci era stato garantito che era il top della loro produzione. Servizio nullo, assistenza nulla. Materasso schifosi. Non gettate i vostri soldi.
Bad purchase. After less than 5 years the mattress is to be thrown away. I bought a pocket spring mattress plus a layer of memory and immediately I noticed that he slept badly. Now after just under 5 years it has sunk and deformed. We had been assured that it was the top of their production. No service, no assistance. Crappy mattress. Don't throw your money away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mancanza totale di umanità e rispetto.Ho acquistato una poltrona per deambulare per mio padre invalido che non ha gradito in quanto era interessato ad un altro modello più sofisticato. Lo stesso giorno che l'hanno consegnata non hanno voluto riprendersela né con una penale né tantomeno con un buono d'acquisto da spendere sempre da loro .
Legalmente avevano ragione, ma a volte si può fare una piccola eccezione...e non ci avrebbero rimesso niente .
Total lack of humanity and respect. I bought a walking chair for my disabled father who did not like it as he was interested in another more sophisticated model. The same day they delivered it they did not want to take it back either with a penalty or with a purchase voucher to always spend with them.
Legally they were right, but sometimes you can make a small exception ... and they wouldn't have lost anything.
