★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the green in Lecce. It is basically a place for puccia. You can make your custom puccia choosing among several ingredients or choose one for the menu. I would suggest to go there earlier than usual time for meals as it gets extremely busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were expecting some proper tasty street food with their puccia, instead we found that it’s just a sort of dense bread cut in half with loads of greens (called cime di rapa, sort of like spinach) and a very little of everything else.

Perfect street food for a quick Leccese lunch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Listen, I was so pumped for my first puccia, but... I got the vegetariana here and it didn’t really live up to the hype. It was just alright. I like the bread but it kinda just tasted like a whole lot of nothing with cime smothering it all. Can’t lie. I’m a bit disappointed. But maybe this is just my review of pucce in general...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard about this as a top puccia spot so we stopped in for a snack and tried the meatball one. Simple sandwich yet full of flavors. Good selection of beer as well to wash it all down. Definitely worth a stop. Staff seems like a family and very nice.
