★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schönes Geschäft mit leider sehr unfreundlichem Personal. Nach dem bezahlen meiner Jacke wurde mir ein Taxfreeformular verweigert. Begründet wurde dies damit, dass ich ein solches vor dem Bezahlvorgang hätte erwähnen müssen. Eine Rückgabe der Jacke wurde mir trotz gesetzlicher Rücknahmepflicht ebenfalls verweigert. Insgesamt war ich von dem unfreundlichen und unprofessionellen Verhalten sehr entäuscht. Es ging immerhin um Euro 30.00 Mehrwertsteuer!
Nice business with unfortunately very unfriendly staff. After paying my jacket, I was denied a tax return form. The reason for this was that I had to mention one before the payment process. A return of the jacket was also denied me despite statutory repurchase obligation. Overall, I was very disappointed with the unfriendly and unprofessional behavior. After all, it was about € 30.00 VAT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbastanza determinata sull'acquisto da effettuare, quando mi sono recata nel vostro "elegante" negozio ho avuto la sensazione di un ambiente poco accogliente. Non sono una cliente abituale e credo proprio che non lo diventerò. L'addetta alle vendite sembrava avere un pregiudizio nei miei confronti ma quando ha intuito che avrei effettuato l'acquisto un po' ha ridimensionato il suo atteggiamento. Buon lavoro!
Quite determined on the purchase to make, when I went to your "elegant" shop I had the feeling of an unwelcoming environment. I'm not a regular customer and I really don't think I will become one. The sales clerk seemed to have a bias towards me but when she sensed that I was going to buy, she downsized her attitude a bit. Good job!
